Dno mu oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje te rubove namastite. Pe\u0107nicu zagrijte na 200 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit pecite iz tri dijela (svaki sloj zasebno).<\/li>\n<li>Mikserom prvo izradite 3 bjelanjka, kad se zapjene dodajte im 3 \u017elice \u0161e\u0107era te nastavite miksati dok se sav \u0161e\u0107er ne pove\u017ee s bjelanjcima. Sada \u0161patulom umije\u0161ajte 1 \u017elicu bra\u0161na i 4 \u017elice krupnije mljevenih lje\u0161njaka.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu rasporedite po pripremljenom kalupu te pecite 15 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon 10 minuta izvadite iz kalupa te ostavite na re\u0161etki za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Na jednak na\u010din ispecite preostala dva biskvita.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA OD VANILIJE (PUDING KREMA)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pomije\u0161ajte oba pra\u0161ka za puding sa 6 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era (120 g). Od 700 ml mlijeka oduzmite 10-ak \u017elica pa ih dobro pomije\u0161ajte sa smjesom pudinga i \u0161e\u0107era.<\/li>\n<li>Ostatak mlijeka stavite u lonac s debljim dnom pa ga zagrijte do vrenja, odmaknite s vrate, dodajte razmu\u0107enu smjesu s pra\u0161kom za puding te vratite na vatru. Vatru sada smanjite na srednje jaku do laganu. Nastavite mije\u0161ati oko 2 minute, odnosno dok se krema ne zgusne.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu prebacite u posudu otpornu na toplinu, \u0161to vam je ve\u0107a posuda br\u017ee \u0107e se ohladiti krema. Kremu prekrijte prozirnom folijom tre ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>U ohla\u0111enu kremu smiksajte 250 g maslaca sobne temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Krema je odmah spremna za kori\u0161tenje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u0160LAG KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mikserom izradite Dolcela 5+ \u0161lag (koji ste prethodno ohladili u hladnjaku). Kad se \u0161lag formirao dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i mascarpone sobne temperature. Mikserom kratko pove\u017eite kremu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BIJELA \u010cOKOLADA ZA DEKORACIJU<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bijelu \u010dokoladu rastopite na pari ili u mikrovalnoj. Na papir za pe\u010denje nanesite \u010dokoladu u tankom sloju te spremite u hladnjak dok se \u010dokolada ne stisne. Kad se \u010dokolada stisnula no\u017eem izre\u017eite pravokutnike koje \u0107ete kasnije postavite na tortu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na stalak za torte ili okrugli pladanj postavite prvi biskvit te na njega stavite polovicu \u017eute kreme pa tanki sloj \u0161lag kreme. Na vrh postavite drugi biskvit te ponovo postavite sloj \u017eute te tanji sloj \u0161lag kreme.<\/li>\n<li>Na vrh postavite zadnji biskvit pa cijelu tortu oblo\u017eite \u0161lag kremom. Malo kreme odvojite za ukra\u0161avanje.<\/li>\n<li>Za bo\u010dne stranice postavite komade bijele \u010dokolade, a povr\u0161inu torte ukrasite preostalim \u0161lagom, sjeckanim lje\u0161njacima i po \u017eelji mrvicama.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"related_article\"><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ako ste u potrazi za kremastom tortom tada je Bijeli Egipat idealan odabir.
