Obo\u017eavam ih raditi, na sve mogu\u0107e na\u010dine. Lisnata, prhka, dizana&#8230; ba\u0161 sva.<\/p>\n<p>Danas su mi dolazili prijatelji na dru\u017eenje i odlu\u010dila sam se za male finger food zalogaje i pub style pite od tijesta s vrelom vodom punjenje mesom i povr\u0107em. Pub style su bili glavno jelo, a uz njih sam kasnije poslu\u017eila i male lisnate zalogaje punjenje doma\u0107im d\u017eemom od smokava.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za izradu tijesta sam koristila Kenwood Multi Pro Go multipraktik. Izrada uz pomo\u0107 multipraktika je toliko jednostavna i toliko brza da \u0107e vam poslu\u017eiti savr\u0161eno u svim prigodama. Osim toga toliko je kompaktan da stane u svaku ladicu (iako \u0107e vam vjerojatno stajati uvijek vani, kao meni) i koristit \u0107ete ga na dnevnoj bazi po nekoliko puta.<\/p>\n<p>Kod pub style pita se koristi tijesto koje se sastoji od masti, bra\u0161na i vrele vode i jako je podatno za rad. Dodajte mljeveno meso te ga pirjajte dok ne posme\u0111i. Sada dodajte za\u010dine i smrznuti mix povr\u0107a. Po potrebi podlijte s malo vode te pirjajte 15-ak minuta. Maknite s vatre i ostavite da se prohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TIJESTO<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Vodu, maslac i mast otopite na vatri i ugrijte. U posudu od multipraktika stavite bra\u0161no, sol i razmu\u0107en \u017eumanjak te kratko propulsirajte. Sada ulijte teku\u0107e sastojke te kratko izradite u multipraktiku.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto izvadite iz multipraktika te rukama kratko premijesite i ostavite da se ohladi. Pripremite kalupe promjera 10 cm, ako ih nemate mo\u017eete ih napraviti od komada folije.<\/li>\n<li>Kalupe ne treba mastiti prije. Razvaljajte komad tijesta te ga postavite unutar kalupa. Nadjenite ga s pripremljenim mesom. Prema\u017eite rubove s razmu\u0107enim jajem te s drugim razvaljanim komadom tijesta preklopite pitu. Prstima spojite rubove i napravite rupu u sredini kako bi para moga iza\u0107i. Prema\u017eite s razmu\u0107enim.<\/li>\n<li>Isto ponovite s preostalim tijestom. Dodajte prstohvat soli i maslac koji ste prethodno izrezali na tanke komade. Neka vam maslac bude hladan.<\/li>\n<li>Propulsirajte ili prstima umrvite maslac sve dok ne dobijete strukturu nalik pijesku.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte ve\u0107i dio hladne vode pa nastavite pulsirati ili mijesiti rukama sve dok ne dobijete povezano i kompaktno tijesto. Po potrebi dodajte preostalu vodu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto omotajte prozirnom folijom i spremite u hladnjak na pola sata kako bi ga lak\u0161e valjali.<\/li>\n<li>Sada tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu. Razvaljajte ga u oblik pravokutnika. U tijestu \u0107e biti komadi\u0107i maslaca, to je u redu. Izgledom vas mo\u017ee podsje\u0107ati na mramor.<\/li>\n<li>Donju stranicu prebacite tako da preklopite 2\/3 tijesta. Sada gornju stranicu prebacite preko donje. Isto napravite s lijevom i desnom stranom.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste od tijesta poslo\u017eili \u201cpismo\u201d, ponovo ga razvaljajte na jednake dimenzije kako i prvi put. Sada ponovite preklapanje. Ovo ponovite ukupno tri puta.<\/li>\n<li>Postupak: Izvadite iz hladnjaka, razvaljajte, preslo\u017eite u pismo, razvaljajte, preslo\u017eite u pismo, razvaljajte, preslo\u017eite u pismo. Omotajte prozirnom folijom i spremite u hladnjak na 30 min ili preko no\u0107i. Tijesto razvaljajte hladno na lagano pobra\u0161njenoj radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>Re\u017eite krugove i kvadrate te ih nadjenite sa \u017eli\u010dicom d\u017eema od smokvi ili po \u017eelji. Razmu\u0107enim jajem prema\u017eite rubove te preklopite drugim komadom tijesta. Rubove utisnite te zare\u017eite vrh peciva kako vam ne bi puklo u pe\u010denju.<\/li>\n<li>Peciva prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje, prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajem te pecite 17-20 minuta na 180 stupnjeva, odnosno dok ne porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i poslu\u017eite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tijesta su moja posebna ljubav.
