Baka me nau\u010dila da je jedan od najljep\u0161ih na\u010dina okupljanja obitelji ba\u0161 za stolom uz hranu, a ona je jedan od razloga za\u0161to sam zavoljela kuhanje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Danas u na\u0161oj obitelji ovo jelo naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e priprema moj otac, a moja djeca ga obo\u017eavaju. Za pripremu pa\u0161ta fa\u017eola vam treba nekoliko sastojaka a glavni od njih je grah. Suho meso mo\u017eete koristiti po \u017eelji. Rebarca ili dimljena slanina, rolana lopatica, kobasice, buncek i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ono \u0161to ovom jelu daje poseban okus je pe\u0161t (pasta od slanine, \u010de\u0161njaka i per\u0161ina) koju mo\u017eete pripremiti unaprijed i imati u hladnjaku kad vam zatreba za druga variva.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako ste u \u017eurbi i nemate vremena za namakanje graha, tada probajte br\u017eu verziju s onim iz limenke. Neka vam voda pokriva meso. Kuhajte ovisno o mesu, oko 1 sat.<\/li>\n<li>Kad je meso skoro gotovo napravite pe\u0161t tako \u0161to \u0107ete u sjeckalici usitniti slaninu izrezanu na kockice, per\u0161in koji ste prethodno prali i posu\u0161ili te \u010de\u0161njak. Sjeckajte u sjeckalici dok ne dobijete pastu.<\/li>\n<li>Luk usitnite te ga na malo maslinovog ulja dinstajte dok ne postane staklast. Koristite dublji lonac.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte bra\u0161no te koncentrat raj\u010dice, promije\u0161ajte pa podlijte vodom u kojoj se kuhalo suho meso.<\/li>\n<li>Kad zakuha, dodajte pe\u0161t te za\u010dine. Nemojte puno soliti jer je voda od mesa slana, prvo probajte pa dodajte po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<li>Smanjite vatru i ostavite da kuha 10-ak minuta. Na kraju sve pospite sa svje\u017eim per\u0161inom, po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte ocije\u0111eni grah te tjesteninu. Kuhajte 10-ak minuta. Po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete dodati i komadi\u0107e mesa u pa\u0161tu fa\u017eol ili ih poslu\u017eiti sa strane.<\/li>\n<li>Obiteljsko pecivo tostirajte da bude toplo te poslu\u017eite s preostalim suhim mesom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pa\u0161ta fa\u017eol je jelo koje je spremala moja baka Milena i jedno od onih jela koje spada pod moj comfort food.
