Slatko, hrskavo tijesto, a iznutra pjenasta krema prepuna okusa. Ovom francuskom klasiku nitko ne mo\u017ee odoljeti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Choux au craquelin mo\u017eete puniti kremama po \u017eelji (slasti\u010darska, mousseline, \u010dokoladna, s dodatkom ora\u0161astih plodova ili vo\u0107a). Ja navi\u0161e volim nje\u017ene mousse kreme uz koje nekad dodam doma\u0107i d\u017eem od malina ili jagoda).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovaj put sam omiljenu slasticu moje djece radila uz pomo\u0107 Dolcela proizvoda i time znatno skratila postupak pripreme i sastojke, a da ne govorim koliko sam si olak\u0161ala cijelu izradu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za tijesto koristite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.podravka.hr\/proizvod\/princes-ustipci\/\">Dolcela Princess u\u0161tipke<\/a>, a za kremu bilo koju od Dolcela krema, ja sam koristila <a href=\"https:\/\/www.podravka.hr\/proizvod\/parfe-krema-cokolada\/\">Dolcela Parfe kremu od \u010dokolade<\/a>,jer kako sam ve\u0107 i napisala, obo\u017eavam spoj hrskavog tijesta i nje\u017enog moussea.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako ste na ovu slasticu nailazili u slasti\u010darnama, a nikad se niste usudili napraviti je, sada je pravo vrijeme da to promijenite. Dodajte bra\u0161no te mikserom pove\u017eite smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte izme\u0111u dva papira za pe\u010denje na debljinu od 2-3 mm te spremite u zamrziva\u010d na najmanje sat vremena ili do kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>CHOUX<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 190 stupnjeva. Pripremite dva kalupa za pe\u010denje te svaki oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu stavite smjesu za tijesto te joj dodajte 2 jaja, 100 ml ulja i 170 ml tople vode. Mikserom izradite tijesto, vidjet \u0107ete da se odvaja od posude.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite 10 minuta te prebacite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s manjim otvorom ili okruglim nastavkom ( 2A).<\/li>\n<li>Na pripremljen lim istiskujte krugove tijesta veli\u010dine oraha rade\u0107i razmak izme\u0111u dva tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite craquelin iz zamrziva\u010da te pomo\u0107u okruglog reza\u010da izre\u017eite krugove. Pazite da su vam krugovi jednaki ili malo ve\u0107i od samog tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Svaki krug postavite na vrh tijesta te pecite 30-35 minuta bez otvaranja pe\u0107nice.<\/li>\n<li>Kad je tijesto pe\u010deno ostavite ga da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dok se pe\u010de tijesto pripremite kremu.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu stavite sadr\u017eaj iz vre\u0107ice Pare krema od \u010dokolade te dodajte 600 ml hladnog mlijeka. Mikserom izradite kremu dok se ne zgusne. Dodajte maslac te ponovo mikserom izradite kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s bilo kojim otvorom (moj je zvjezdasti 4B) te spremite u hladnjak do kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<li>Choux au craquelin mo\u017eete puniti na dva na\u010dina. Okrenite ga naopako (ravna strana) te napravite pukotinu na sredini, utisnite kremu kroz pukotinu.<\/li>\n<li>Drugi na\u010din je da no\u017eem izre\u017eete vrh choux au craquelin-a te nanesete kremu pomo\u0107u vre\u0107ice i potom poklopite s vrhom tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Prije poslu\u017eivanja choux au craquelin pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Choux au craquelin ili hrskavi princess u\u0161tipci jedna su najomiljenijih slastica moje djece.
