Miris iz tople pe\u0107nice u hladnijim danima mi je nadra\u017ei cozy ugo\u0111aj u domu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prhko tijesto, krema s bademima i vo\u0107e&#8230; ovo je moj it recept ove jeseni. Frangipane krema je idealna podloga za vo\u0107e, ja sam koristila kru\u0161ke, ali jabuke ili \u0161ljive idu tako\u0111er jako lijepo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Razlika ovog tarta i ostalih je samo u tome \u0161to sam pripremu olak\u0161ala koriste\u0107i svoj novi Kenwood MultiPro go multipraktik u kojem sam odradila tijesto i kremu. Vo\u0107e sam samo izrezala i postavila na vrh kreme.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tart je jo\u0161 ukusnije ako ga pospete \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i poslu\u017eite dok se nije potpuno ohladio. Mo\u017eete mu dodati kuglicu sladoleda od vanilije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9849\" posipanje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>TIJESTO<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U sjeckalicu stavite bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i sol. Dodajte maslac izrezan na tanke fete. Propulsirajte kratko kako bi vam se maslac povezao s bra\u0161nom, tijesto \u0107e nalikovati na pijesak.<\/li>\n<li>Jaje razmutite pa ga dodajte tijestu. Kratko propulsirajte dok se sve ne pove\u017ee. Tijesto stavite u prozirnu foliju te spremite ga u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto izvadite iz hladnjaka pa ga razvaljajte na papiru za pe\u010denje. Gornji sloj lagano pobra\u0161nite kako vam se ne bi lijepio za valjak. Tijesto razvaljate na debljinu 2 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Razvaljano tijesto prebacite u pripremljen kalup. Ja to radim tako da ga oprezno okrenem s papirom za pe\u010denje. Papir maknem kada je tijesto postavljeno na kalup. Tijesto mo\u017eete i zarolati preko valjka pa ga tako postaviti na kalup. Ako vam tijesto pukne samo ga \u201czakrpajte\u201d s komadom koji vam je vi\u0161ak.<\/li>\n<li>Rubove lagano utisnite prstima kako bi se tijesto priljubilo za kalup. Vrhove koji prelaze rub kalupa odre\u017eite no\u017eem.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Tijesto spremite u zamrziva\u010d na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pola sata tijesto izvadite iz zamrziva\u010da pa ga ravnomjerno probodite vilicom. Prekrijte ga papirom za pe\u010denje te postavite kuglice za slijepo pe\u010denje, ako ih nemate tada \u0107e ri\u017ea poslu\u017eiti. Kuglice ili ri\u017eu postavite preko papira tako da popune dno kalupa, ovako \u0107ete sprije\u010diti dizanje tijesta u pe\u010denju.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 17-20 minuta, odnosno dok rubovi ne lagano ne porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite, maknite papir za pe\u010denje i kuglice ili ri\u017eu te ostavite po strani da se tijesto prohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>FRANGIPANE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U sjeckalici prvo izradite maslac sobne temperature, \u0161e\u0107er i sol. Dodajte jaje i \u017eumanjak, kratko izradite pa dodajte bademovo i obi\u010dno bra\u0161no te ekstrakt vanilije. Sve izradite.<\/li>\n<li>Kru\u0161ke operite i posu\u0161ite, po \u017eelji ogulite koru (ja nisam jer koristim doma\u0107e).<\/li>\n<li>Kru\u0161kama odstranite peteljke te ih prepolovite. Izdubite ko\u0161tice pa ih nare\u017eite na tanje fete.<\/li>\n<li>Na tijesto postavite frangipane kremu pa na nju stavite polovice kru\u0161ki.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 40-45 minuta. Krema \u0107e se lijepo napuhati te \u0107e se kru\u0161ke skuhati u kremi.<\/li>\n<li>Topli tart pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dolaskom jeseni obo\u017eavam pripremati slastice s tijestom.
