Ovo je zaista prava ljetna torta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osvje\u017eavaju\u0107a, nje\u017ena i naizgled jako lijepa. Mo\u017eete je pripremiti s bilo kojim vo\u0107em i d\u017eemom, ovisno \u0161to volite ili imate doma. Pripremite dva kalupa za tortu promjera 18 centimetara (mo\u017eete koristiti i one od 20 cm). Na dno svakog kalupa postavite papir za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu stavite maslac sobne temperature te ga nastavkom za kreme (K-beater lopatica) ili spiralnim nastavcima izradite. Sada mu dodajte \u0161e\u0107er pa nastavite miksati dok ne dobijete kompaktnu kremu.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Zatim dodajte jedno po jedno jaje. Nakon \u0161to ste dodali jaje, mikserom izradite smjesu pa dodajte sljede\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol. Dodajte pola koli\u010dine bra\u0161na, pove\u017eite mikserom pa dodajte mlijeko. Kratko pove\u017eite i dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no. Bitno je povezati sastojke, ali pazite da smjesu ne premiksate.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe. \u0160patulom zagladite vrh pa ih stavite u pe\u0107nicu.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite pecite oko 25 minuta na 180 stupnjeva ili dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Gotove biskvite ostavite 10-ak minuta u kalupima pa ih prebacite na re\u0161etku da se potpuno ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>D\u017dEM OD NARAN\u010cE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Naran\u010dama ogulite koru (pazite da ne ogulite bijeli dio ve\u0107 samo naran\u010dasti povr\u0161inski, bijeli dio je gorak).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Koru nare\u017eite na sitne trakice pa je stavite lonac s debljim dnom. Kuhajte oko 30 minuta te bacite vodu od kuhanja.<\/li>\n<li>Meso naran\u010de o\u010distite od bijelih dijelova i ko\u0161tica pa izre\u017eite na kockice. Komadi\u0107e naran\u010de stavite u lonac s prokuhanim i usitnjenim koricama, \u0161e\u0107erom, sokom vodom.<\/li>\n<li>d\u017eem kuhajte oko 35- 40 minuta, odnosno dok se ne zgusne. Prebacite u \u010distu staklenku i ohladite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mascarpone i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu pa ih mikserom izradite dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte vrhnje za \u0161lag i ekstrakt vanilije ili vanilin \u0161e\u0107er pa mikserom na najja\u010doj brzini nastavite miksati kremu. Pazite da vrhnje ne pretu\u010dute kako bi vam krema ostala svilenkasta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za poslu\u017eivanje stavite biskvit, preko prema\u017eite kremom pa \u017elicom nanesite d\u017eem tako da ga sipate sa \u017elice paze\u0107i da vam krema ostane na mjestu. Ako vam je d\u017eem gust, mo\u017eete ga ugrijati s malo vode i prohladiti pa onda preliti.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite drugi biskvit, kremu te ostatak d\u017eema.
