Ona mi je najdra\u017ei ljetni kola\u010d. Iako je mo\u017eete raditi bilo kada, meni je idealna za toplije dane.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gnijezdo od bjelanjaka, tu\u010deno vrhnje i svje\u017ee vo\u0107e. Spoj kojem je te\u0161ko odoljeti. Neka vam nacrtani dio bude s donje strane papira (ali da bude vidljiv kada postavite papir na lim).\u00a0Na sva 4 kraja lima stavite malo tu\u010denih bjelanjaka u veli\u010dini kovanice. Sada mo\u017eete zalijepiti papir za pe\u010denje na lim i tako sprije\u010diti njegovo pomicanje.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke tucite mikserom po\u010dev\u0161i od najsporije brzine do najbr\u017ee. Mikser vrtite u smjeru kazaljke na satu kako bi bjelanjci bili \u0161to prozra\u010dniji. Kada bjelanjci poprime oblik oblaka, ali jo\u0161 uvijek nisu \u010dvrsti, dodajte \u0161e\u0107er iz tri intervala uz stalno miksanje.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjci su gotovi kada me\u0111u prstima vi\u0161e ne osjetimo \u0161e\u0107er. Za ovo \u0107e vam trebati otprilike 4-5 minuta miksanja nakon \u0161to ste dodali \u0161e\u0107er.<\/li>\n<li>Tu\u010denim bjelanjcima i \u0161e\u0107eru dodajte \u017eli\u010dicu \u0161krobnog bra\u0161na i \u017eli\u010dicu octa. \u0160patulom sve sjedinite. Za ovaj korak ne koristite mikser.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke izvadite \u0161patulom na papir za pe\u010denje paze\u0107i da ne prije\u0111ete nacrtani rub. Zagladite rub beze kore tako da vrhom \u0161patule pro\u0111ete od dna prema gore. Ovo napravite po cijelom rubu beze kore.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160patulom mo\u017eete napraviti laganu udubinu na vrhu kako bi vam krema ljep\u0161e \u201csjela\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>Beze koru pecite 1 sat 1 30 minuta, potom ugasite pe\u0107nicu, malo od\u0161krinite vrata (ja postavim drvenu kuhinjsku \u017elicu) te ostavite koru jo\u0161 najmanje dva sata u uga\u0161enoj pe\u0107nici ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111enu koru oprezno maknite s papira i postavite na okrugli tanjur.<\/li>\n<li>Stucite vrhnje sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu pa ga stavite na podlogu od bjelanjaka.
