Ja sam ovaj puta radila mini baked Alaske koje su puno br\u017ee gotove od one gdje sami radite sladoled i meringu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Podloga je divno \u010dokoladna i pjenasta, krema je kao sladoled, od kondenziranog mlijeka, vrhnja i SPAR Vrtovi Hrvatske jagoda koje sam s medom skuhala prije dodavanja. Okus im je ovako jo\u0161 bogatiji i puniji.<\/p>\n<p>A umjesto meringe, SPAR Marshmallowsi su se savr\u0161eno uklopili. Dodajte jaje, maslac, \u0161e\u0107er i mlijeko pa sve mikserom izradite.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u posudu za pe\u010denje okvirnih dimenzija 15&#215;15 cm koju ste prethodno oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 15-ak minuta na 180 stupnjeva ili kod \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Ohladite. Pomo\u0107u kalupa izre\u017eite biskvit na dimenzije posudica. Ostatke biskvita iskoristite tako\u0111er za dno tako da ga spojite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA KAO SLADOLED<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Jagode operite pa im odstranite peteljke.<\/li>\n<li>Izre\u017eite ih na manje komadi\u0107e, prebacite u manji lonac s debljim dnom pa im dodajte med.<\/li>\n<li>Kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri oko 10 minuta, procijedite i ohladite.<\/li>\n<li>Mikserom izradite kondenzirano mlijeko i vrhnje za \u0161lag. Dodajte jagode pa kratko sve pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>Posudice namastite pa prekrijte prozirnom folijom.<\/li>\n<li>Ulijte kremu pa na nju stavite biskvit. Sada preklopite s vrhovima prozirne folije pa zamrznite na dva sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MARSHMALLOWS<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Marshmallowse otopite na pari.<\/li>\n<li>Zamrznute posudite izvadite iz kalupa, maknite prozirnu foliju pa stavite na tanjuri\u0107.<\/li>\n<li>Prema\u017eite rastopljenim marshmallowsima. Djelovat \u0107e malo neuredno dok nanosite, ali rezultat je na kraju jako lijep.<\/li>\n<li>Sada brenerom pre\u0111ite po Baked Alasci i odmah je poslu\u017eite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baked Alaska je kola\u010d ili torta ra\u0111ena od sladoleda, biskvitne podloge i meringe.
