Kao malena bi se popela na prsti\u0107e kako bi mogla vidjeti svu \u010daroliju koja se odvijala na kuhinjskom stolu moje bake.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Malo bra\u0161na i koje jaje i tjestenina je spremna. Fascinantno kako od najjednostavnijih namirnica dobivamo najukusnije stvari. No, tjestenina ne treba biti uvijek klasi\u010dna. Mo\u017eete je raditi u bojama te bojati pireom ili su\u0161enim namirnicama. Ja sam ru\u017ei\u010dastu obojila s prahom cikle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi moji rezanci bili jo\u0161 zanimljiviji, ru\u017ei\u010dasti dio sam ubacila u klasi\u010dno tijesto te ispisala KENWOOD, jer bez svog kMixa i nastavaka za tijesto (ja sam koristila za lasagne i \u0161pagete debljine 2 mm) ova tjestenina ne bi bila toliko tanko i jednoli\u010dno razvu\u010dena i kasnije izrezana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Umak mo\u017eete raditi po \u017eelji, a ja vam donosim recept koji je gotov za tren i pravo je osvje\u017eenje.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" (podijelite na 3 jaja i 1 jaje)<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017elice maslinovog ulja (podijeljeno na 2 i 1 \u017elicu)<\/li>\n<li>pola \u017eli\u010dice soli<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017eli\u010dice praha cikle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>UMAK<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g maslaca<\/li>\n<li>3 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li>\n<li>sol pola limuna + korica<\/li>\n<li>80 g tvrdog ribanog sira (Grana Padano ili Ribanac)<\/li>\n<li>sol, papar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p>KLASI\u010cNO TIJESTO<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Od 300 g bra\u0161na i 3 jaja zamijesite klasi\u010dno tijesto. Bra\u0161no stavite na radnu podlogu ili u dublju zdjelu, napravite udubinu u sredini pa u nju stavite jaja. Dodajte sol i ulje.<\/li>\n<li>Vilicom lagano mije\u0161ajte jaja i dodajite im bra\u0161no s unutarnjeg ruba bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte paze\u0107i pritom da vam jaja ne iscure.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dodali dovoljno bra\u0161na i smjesa je kompaktnija, po\u010dnite mijesiti rukama.<\/li>\n<li>U po\u010detku \u0107e tijesto biti ljepljivo. Mijesite ga rukama i \u201ckupite\u201d\u00a0vi\u0161ak bra\u0161na na radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste \u201cpokupili\u201d sve bra\u0161no i umijesili tijesto, oblikujte ga u kuglu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prekrijte prozirnom folijom i stavite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>RU\u017dI\u010cASTO TIJESTO<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sada napravite ru\u017ei\u010dasto tijesto tako da 100 g bra\u0161na pomije\u0161ate s prahom cikle pa stavite na radnu podlogu ili u dublju zdjelu. Ponovo napravite udubinu u sredini pa u nju stavite jaje. Dodajte prstohvat soli i \u017elicu ulja.<\/li>\n<li>Vilicom lagano mije\u0161ajte jaja i dodajite im bra\u0161no s unutarnjeg ruba bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte paze\u0107i pritom da vam jaje ne iscuri.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dodali dovoljno bra\u0161na i smjesa je kompaktnija, po\u010dnite mijesiti rukama.<\/li>\n<li>U po\u010detku \u0107e tijesto biti ljepljivo. Mijesite ga rukama i \u201ckupite\u201d\u00a0vi\u0161ak bra\u0161na na radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste \u201cpokupili\u201d sve bra\u0161no i umijesili tijesto, oblikujte ga u kuglu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prekrijte prozirnom folijom i stavite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Nakon pola sata izvadite oba tijesta iz hladnjaka.<\/li>\n<li>Klasi\u010dno tijesto podijelite na 2 dijela te svaki dio pobra\u0161nite. Prozirnom folijom prekrijte komad koji ne koristite.<\/li>\n<li>Komad tijesta pritisnite rukama pa ga provucite kroz\u00a0nastavak za tijesto namje\u0161ten na broj 0 (naj\u0161iri razmak). Pobra\u0161nite, preklopite tijesto te ponovo provucite kroz naj\u0161iri dio. Ponovo pobra\u0161nite, preklopite te jo\u0161 jednom provucite kroz naj\u0161iri dio.<\/li>\n<li>Zatim stroj namjestite na broj jedan pa provucite tijesto. Pobra\u0161nite ako je ljepljivo pa nastavak namjestite na broj 2. Provucite jednom. Sada sve ponovite i provucite kroz nastavak namje\u0161ten na broj 3. Ovo ponavljate sve dok ne dobijete dovoljno tanko tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>List tijesta stavite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada isto ponovite s ru\u017ei\u010dastim tijestom. Kada ste dobili dovoljno tanko tijesto prebacite ga na pobra\u0161njenu podlogu pa u njega utisnite slova ili oblike. Ja sam utisnula KENWOOD.<\/li>\n<li>Slova\/ oblike prebacite na komad klasi\u010dne tjestenine.<\/li>\n<li>Preko slova\/oblika pro\u0111ite kistom namo\u010denim u vodu kako bi se slova zalijepila za podlogu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada kroz nastavak za tijesto provucite i drugi dio klasi\u010dnog tijesta te njime preklopite prvi list tijesta na kojem ste postavili slova\/oblike.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dobiveno tijesto pro\u0111ite kroz nastavak dok ga ne stanjite dovoljno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>REZANCI<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Promijenite nastavak te stavite onaj za rezance, provucite tijesto kroz njega, dobivene rezance pobra\u0161nite te ostavite na radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>U loncu s debljim dnom stavite vodu, kad je zakuhala posolite te dodajte tjesteninu, kuhajte 2-3 minute. Nemojte bacati vodu od kuhanja tjestenine.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme pripremite umak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ZA UMAK<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U dubljoj tavi na maslinovom ulju kratko prepr\u017eite usitnjen \u010de\u0161njak. Dodajte maslac te koricu i sok limuna.<\/li>\n<li>Kad se maslac otopio dodajte procije\u0111enu tjesteninu.
