Osim \u0161to je jako lijepa, jednako tako je ukusna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mekane kore s medom i gingerbread za\u010dinima i nje\u017ena krema od vanilije su savr\u0161en spoj okusa. Mikserom ga izradite dok potpuno ne omek\u0161a. Sada dodajte \u0161e\u0107er pa mikserom pove\u017eite smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Dodaje prethodno razmu\u0107eno jaja, med i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Sve izradite mikserom dok se ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sodu bikarbonu i za\u010dine za medenjake pa sve uspite u smjesu s maslacem. Izradite tijesto koje \u0107e biti ljepljivo, ali nemojte dodavati vi\u0161e bra\u0161na. Tijesto zamotajte u prozirnu foliju i ostavite u hladnjaku na sat vremena, a mo\u017eete i preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Na papiru za pe\u010denje razvaljate tre\u0107inu tijesta na debljinu od 2-3 milimetra. Izre\u017eite oblik bora (ja izre\u017eem oblik na papiru koji mi kasnije slu\u017ei kao \u0161ablona).<\/li>\n<li>Maknite vi\u0161ak tijesta a izrezano tijesto s papirom prebacite na lim.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 7-9 minuta, odnosno dok rubovi me porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite i ostavite na papiru da se ohladi. Tijesto \u0107e sada biti mekano, ali \u0107e se hla\u0111enjem stvrdnuti.<\/li>\n<li>Isto ponovite s preostala dva komada tijesta. Ako vam ostane tijesta izradite keksi\u0107e kojima mo\u017eete ukrasiti tortu bor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PUDING KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pomije\u0161ajte oba pra\u0161ka za puding sa 6 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era (120 g) \u0161e\u0107era. Od 700 ml mlijeka oduzmite 10-ak \u017elica pa ih dobro pomije\u0161ajte sa smjesom pudinga i \u0161e\u0107era.<\/li>\n<li>Ostatak mlijeka stavite u lonac s debljim dnom pa ga zagrijte do vrenja, odmaknite s vrate, dodajte razmu\u0107enu smjesu s pra\u0161kom za puding te vratite na vatru. Vatru sada smanjite na srednje jaku do laganu. Nastavite mije\u0161ati oko 2 minute, odnosno dok se krema ne zgusne.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu prebacite u posudu otpornu na toplinu (ja koristim posudu za pe\u010denje dimenzija kao i za biskvit), \u0161to vam je ve\u0107a posuda br\u017ee \u0107e se ohladiti krema. Kremu prekrijte prozirnom folijom tre ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>U ohla\u0111enu kremu smiksajte 250 g maslaca sobne temperature. Kremu prebacite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s otvorom od oko 2 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Na pladanj postavite prvu koru te istisnite kremu rade\u0107i &#8220;loptice&#8221; jednu di druge.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite drugu koru paze\u0107i da je ne priti\u0161\u0107ete te na nju isto istisnite kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postavite tre\u0107u koru te na nju kremu. Ukrasite puslicama, \u010dokoladnim lopticama i jestivim perlicama.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Torta bor s medenjak korama i kremom od puding vanilije je idealna blagdanska torta.
