Radi se za vrijeme Bo\u017ei\u0107a te je jedan od tradicionalnih kola\u010da na blagdanskom stolu koji mami sve poglede.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Sama priprema ove ku\u0107ice se sastoji od genoise biskvita, kreme te pi\u0161kota koji predstavljaju krov ku\u0107ice. Prozore i vrata mo\u017eete napraviti od keksi\u0107a, ja sam koristila gingerbread tijesto ili pak koristiti gotove keksi\u0107e.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Moja Buche Chalet ima pjenasti \u010dokoaldni biskvit, pekmez od malina, kandirane tre\u0161nje te kremu od sirnog namaza. Dno lima oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje pa lim namastite uljem u spreju.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u0107noj posudi pjenasto izradite \u017eumanjke sa 100 g \u0161e\u0107era i prstohvatom soli. Ja koristim pjenja\u010du na svom kMix samostoje\u0107em mikseru. Kada su se \u017eumanjci uduplali i posvijetlili dodajte im prosijano bra\u0161no i prosijan kakao u prahu.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Od bjelanjaka i 50 g \u0161e\u0107era napravite snijeg miksaju\u0107i ih mikserom nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Snijeg pomo\u0107u \u0161patule nje\u017eno umije\u0161ajte u smjesu sa \u017eumanjcima, pazite da ne ispu\u0161ete zrak.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Smjesu oprezno iskrenite na pripremljen lim te je nje\u017eno poravnajte \u0161patulom.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Biskvit pecite oko 15 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Biskvit ostavite u kalupu te ga izvadite nakon 10-ak minuta. Ostavite da se potpuno ohladi.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol type=\"1\">\r\n<li>Maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu izradite mikserom, sada dodajte sirni namaz pa sve mikserom ponovo izradite. Na kraju dodajte ekstrakt vanilije i promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNA KREMA<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>\u010cokoladu za kuhanje usitnite na manje komadi\u0107e no\u017eem. Vrhnje za \u0161lag ugrijte do vrenja. Sada vrhnje prelijte preko komadi\u0107a \u010dokolade, ostavite minutu do dvije pa \u0161patulom mije\u0161ajte dok ne postignete sjajnu i jednoli\u010dnu smjesu. Kremu ohladite u hladnjaku, oko 30 minuta pa je mikserom izradite.<\/li>\r\n<li>Ako je krema i dalje rijetka vratite je u hladnjak dok se ne stisne pa je ponovo izmiksajte.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n<li>Biskvit re\u017eite tako da re\u017eete u\u017eu stranicu. Izre\u017eite dvije trake biskvita jednake \u0161irine, jednu malo manju te zadnju najmanju.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Prvi traku biskvita stavite na pladanj, na njega postavite pekmez pa kremu od sirnog namaza te na kremu nekoliko kandiranih tre\u0161anja.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Sada stavite drugi biskvit pa ponovo pekmez, kremu, te kandirane tre\u0161nje.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Stavite u\u017eu traku biskvita na sredinu, pa preko prekmez, kremu i kandirane tre\u0161nje.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Na kraju postavite najmanji biskvit pa sve prema\u017eite tankim slojem preostale kreme.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Stavite u hladnjak da se ohladi na pola sata do sat vremena.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Tortu ku\u0107icu izvadite iz hladnjaka te je cijelu prema\u017eite \u010dokoladnom kremom. Na vrh postavite pi\u0161kote.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Sada stucite vrhnje u \u0161lag pa ga postavite ga na vrh ku\u0107ice kako bi dobili efekt snijega.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Postavite prozore i vrata te Buche Chalet spremite u hladnjak na dva sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buche Chalet je predivan kola\u010d\/ torta u obliku ku\u0107ice.
