A da ima hrskavu koricu i da je rupi\u010dast iznutra? E pa ovo je taj kruh. Vjerujte, jednom kad ga napravite biti \u0107e vam na listi omiljenih i spremat \u0107ete ga svako malo.<\/p>\n<p>Za ovaj kruh vam ne treba nikakvo umije\u0107e poznavanja tijesta. Uistinu je prejednostavan za pripremu. Poanta je da ga pe\u010dete u poklopljenoj posudi. To je sva mudrost pripreme. Polako dodavajte vodu i istovremeno drvenom kuha\u010dom mije\u0161ajte tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Sastojke je potrebno samo sjediniti, ako vam bude rijetko dodajte malo bra\u0161na, ali ne bi trebalo.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto \u0107e vam biti ljepljivo, ne brinite, takvo i treba biti.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto u posudi malo pobra\u0161nite po vrhu pa posudu prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Odlo\u017eite na toplo mjesto u kuhinji. Dva sata bi trebala biti dovoljna da se tijesto udvostru\u010di.<\/li>\n<li>Sada je vrijeme da pe\u010dnicu ugrijete na 250 stupnjeva. Ugrijte i posudu u kojoj \u0107e se pe\u0107i kruh.<\/li>\n<li>Dobro pobra\u0161nite radnu podlogu pa tijesto prebacite na nju. Ne mijesite ga ve\u0107 mu samo rubove podignite i preklopite ga. Tijesto lagano prebacite na papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijanu posudu pa\u017eljivo izvadite iz pe\u010dnice pa u nju stavite kruh zajedno sa papirom za pe\u010denje. Poklopite te pecite 35-40 minuta ili dok kruh ne dobije zlatno sme\u0111u koricu na vrhu.<\/li>\n<li>Kada se kruh ispe\u010de, prebacite ga na pamu\u010dnu tkaninu kojom ga omotajte. Za ovo vam mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti kuhinjska krpa.
