Torta je toliko ukusna, so\u010dna, kremasta i prepuna \u010dokoladno karamelastog okusa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete je raditi za nadolaze\u0107e blagdane ili pak kao ro\u0111endansku tortu, za dru\u017eenja i sl. Da bi okus bio potpuniji koristite kvalitetniju \u010dokoladu, a kremu dobro izmiksajte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam tortu napravila uz pomo\u0107 svog Kenwood Kmix samostoje\u0107eg miksera. Pripremite tri kalupa za tortu promjera 20 cm. Svakom kalupu dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje te rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu. Sada dodajte \u0161e\u0107er pa i njega umije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte mokre sastojke (jaja, ulje, mlijeko i kiselo vrhnje) te sve dobro promije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete povezanu i kompaktnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe te pecite 30 \u2013 35 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite 10-ak minuta u kalupima pa ih potom izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Po potrebi iz poravnajte nazubljenim no\u017eem (ako je gornji dio biskvita neravan).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>MLIJE\u0106NI KARAMEL (DULCE DE LECHE)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ako nemate mlije\u010dni karamel tada konzervu kondenziranog mlijeka kuhajte u vodi na laganoj vatri oko 2 sata.<\/li>\n<li>Limenku otvorite te mlije\u010dni karamel prebacite u posudu i ostavite da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNI GANACHE (KREMA)<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu za kuhanje iskidajte na \u0161to manje komadi\u0107e i prebacite je u posudu otpornu na toplinu. Stavite je po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za kuhanje ugrijte do vrenja pa ga dodajte komadi\u0107ima \u010dokolade.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite dvije minute pa \u0161patulom mije\u0161ajte sve dok vam se smjesa ne spoji i ne dobijete glatku kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Ganache ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi da se prohladi pa spremite u hladnjak na najvi\u0161e sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111eni ganache izmiksajte prije kori\u0161tenja. Ganache stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s otvorom od 1 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na stalak za torte ili pladanj postavite prvi biskvit.\u00a0 Sada obrubite unutarnji rub biskvita (od \u010dokoladne kreme istisnite krug).<\/li>\n<li>Unutra\u0161nji dio napunite mlije\u010dnim karamelom. Sada preklopite drugim biskvitom.<\/li>\n<li>Ponovite postupak. Napravite obru\u010d od \u010dokoladne kreme (ganache) te napunite mlije\u010dnim karamelom.<\/li>\n<li>Preklopite s tre\u0107im biskvitom.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelu tortu prema\u017eite s preostalom ganache kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Ukrasite po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ova \u010dokoladna fudge torta ispunjena karamelom i \u010dokoladnom kremom je ultimativni recept ove zime.
