Nosi titulu kraljice vo\u0107a iako je, u biti, smokva cvijet. Znate li da je stablo smokve bila prva biljka koju je \u010dovjek uzgajao? Smokva se kao namirnica koristi nekoliko tisu\u0107a godina i jo\u0161 uvijek je velika kulinarska inspiracijama raznim kulturama i kuhinjama.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Smatra se da je ova predivna namirnica potekla s Crnog mora, a danas je karakteristi\u010dna biljka Mediterana. Njezina povijest je zaista vrijedna divljenja. Stablo smokve je bilo posa\u0111eno u rajskom vrtu, najspominjanija je biljka u Bibliji, \u0161tuje se u budizmu, a obo\u017eavali su je stari Grci i Rimljani.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Karakteristi\u010dnog slatkog okusa i nje\u017ene, mekane teksture, savr\u0161eno se spaja sa slanim i slatkim jelima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tart, odnosno pita sa zape\u010denim smokvama, mascarpone-om i medom je kola\u010d koji morate probati. prahu<\/li>\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n<li>jedno jaje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g mascarpone sira<\/li>\n<li>80 g gr\u010dkog jogurta<\/li>\n<li>3 \u017elice meda<\/li>\n<li>1 vre\u0107ica vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<li>korica pola limuna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ZAPE\u010cENE SMOKVE<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10-ak smokvi<\/li>\n<li>100 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Prvo \u0107emo pripremiti <strong>tijesto za tart.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er i prostohvat soli.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac izvadite iz fri\u017eidera netom prije upotrebe. Iskidajte ga na listi\u0107e pa ga dodajte smjesi. Smjesu drobite prstima kako bi se maslac izmrvio i povezao s bra\u0161nom. Smjesa \u0107e poprimiti mrvi\u010dasti oblik, to je u redu.<\/li>\n<li>U manjoj posudi umutite jaje pa ga dodajte smjesi bra\u0161na i maslaca.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto mo\u017eete izraditi u procesoru ili ru\u010dno. Bitno je da ga zamijesite brzo, kako se maslac ne bi otopio. Ako vam tijesto i dalje bude ljepljivo, dodajte malo bra\u0161na. Formirajte ga u kuglu.<\/li>\n<li>Maslacem namastite kalup za tart promjera 26 centimetara i pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 200 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto se najlak\u0161e valja izme\u0111u dvije plasti\u010dne folije. Postavite jednu na radnu povr\u0161inu, na njenu sredinu postavite tijesto i preklopite ga drugom prozirnom folijom. Ovako vam se tijesto ne\u0107e lijepiti i lijepo \u0107e se valjati. Ako primjetite da se svejedno lijepi, otklopite foliju i malo ga pospite bra\u0161nom, vratite foliju pa nastavite valjati.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte malo ve\u0107e od kalupa, otprilike na 30 centimetara. Valjak pro\u0111ite bra\u0161nom, maknite prozirnu foliju pa tijesto polako namotajte na valjak.<\/li>\n<li>Prebacite ga preko kalupa, utisnite rubove i vi\u0161ak tijesta prebacite preko ruba. Valjkom pre\u0111ite rubove kalupa kako biste odstranili vi\u0161ak tijesta koji je visio van kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>Ako vam tijesto negdje pukne, ne brinite, zakrpajte ga s ostatkom.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto ravnomjerno probodite vilicom i stavite ga u fri\u017eider na sat vremena (ili zamrziva\u010d na 15 minuta).<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prekrijte aluminijskom folijom pa stavite pe\u0107i na 15 minuta. Nakon 15 minuta maknite foliju i nastavite pe\u0107i jo\u0161 10 minuta, odnosno dok tijesto ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to se tijesto ohladilo, prebacite ga na tanjur za poslu\u017eivanje. Ja ne koristim kalup sa pomi\u010dnim dnom. Obi\u010dan kalup za tart namastim maslacem i tijesto mi se uvijek lijepo odvoji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Sada \u0107emo <strong>zape\u0107i smokve.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smokve iskidajte na tanje fete.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 100 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Poslo\u017eit smokve iskidane na fete pa ih dobro pospite sme\u0111im \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n<li>Zapecite ih 5-7 minuta, odnosno dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite ih iz pe\u0107nice i ostavite ih na limu dok se skroz ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ostaje nam jo\u0161 samo <strong>krema od mascarpone-a.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mascarpone i gr\u010dki jogurt izradite pjenja\u010dom. Dodajte koricu limuna, med i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Sve dobro pomije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>SLAGANJE<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Na ohla\u0111eno tijesto \u0161patulom izvadite kremu. Zagladite povr\u0161inu pa poslo\u017eite ohla\u0111ene smokve. Smokve sla\u017eite od vanjskog ruba prema unutarnjem u krug.<\/li>\n<li>Gornji dio novog reda smokvi postavite na ve\u0107 poslo\u017eene smokve (vidi slike).<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji na smokve dodajte malo meda.<\/li>\n<li>Tart ohladite u fri\u017eideru najmanje dva sata prije upotrebe.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jako je bitno da tijesto probodete vilicom kako se ne bi odiglo od dna kalupa za vrijeme pe\u010denja.
