Onda je ova salata sve \u0161to vam treba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Doma\u0107a tjestenina u kremastom umaku je dovoljna sama po sebi, ali ako je \u017eelite obogatiti tada je poslo\u017eite na matovilac te svemu dodajte dinju i pr\u0161ut. Vidjet \u0107ete.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam radila doma\u0107u tjesteninu jer imam svoj <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kenwoodworld.com\/hr-hr\/all-products\/kmix-kenwood\/kmix-kitchen-machines-\">kMix<\/a> i nastavke koji mi omogu\u0107avaju da za tren budem gotova. Ako \u017eelite, koristite kupovnu tjesteninu ili se odlu\u010dite za svoju doma\u0107u, \u0161to bi vam svakako preporu\u010dila.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za loptice od dinje mo\u017eete koristiti \u017elicu za sladoled (malenu) ili pak \u017elicu za vaditi zrna kave, poput mene. Dodajte sol i ulje.<\/li>\n<li>Vilicom lagano mije\u0161ajte jaja i dodajite im bra\u0161no s unutarnjeg ruba bra\u0161na.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte paze\u0107i pritom da vam jaja ne iscure.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste dodali dovoljno bra\u0161na i smjesa je kompaktnija, po\u010dnite mijesiti rukama.<\/li>\n<li>U po\u010detku \u0107e tijesto biti ljepljivo. Mijesite ga rukama i \u201ckupite\u201d\u00a0vi\u0161ak bra\u0161na na radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste \u201cpokupili\u201d sve bra\u0161no i umijesili tijesto, oblikujte ga u kuglu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prekrijte prozirnom folijom i stavite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon pola sata izvadite tijesto iz hladnjaka.\u00a0Tijesto podijelite na 3 dijela te svaki dio pobra\u0161nite.\u00a0Prozirnom folijom prekrijte komade koje ne koristite.<\/li>\n<li>Komad tijesta pritisnite rukama pa ga provucite kroz\u00a0nastavak za tijesto namje\u0161ten na broj 0 (naj\u0161iri razmak). Pobra\u0161nite, preklopite tijesto te ponovo provucite kroz naj\u0161iri dio. Ponovo pobra\u0161nite, preklopite te jo\u0161 jednom provucite kroz naj\u0161iri dio.<\/li>\n<li>Zatim stroj namjestite na broj jedan pa provucite tijesto. Pobra\u0161nite ako je ljepljivo pa nastavak namjestite na broj 2. Provucite jednom. Sada sve ponovite i provucite kroz nastavak namje\u0161ten na broj 3. Ovo ponavljate sve dok ne dobijete dovoljno tanko tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Promijenite nastavak te stavite onaj za rezance, provucite tijesto kroz njega, dobivene rezance pobra\u0161nite te ostavite na radnoj podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>U loncu s debljim dnom stavite vodu, kad je zakuhala posolite te dodajte tjesteninu, kuhajte 2-3 minute. Nemojte bacati vodu od kuhanja tjestenine.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme pripremite umak.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ZA UMAK<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U dubljoj tavi na maslinovom ulju kratko prepr\u017eite usitnjen \u010de\u0161njak. Dodajte opranu i izrezanu na kockice tikvicu.<\/li>\n<li>Dinstajte nekoliko minuta dok ne omek\u0161a. Ako tikvica nije pustila dovoljno vode dodajte malo vode od kuhane tjestenine.<\/li>\n<li>Kad je tikvica potpuno omek\u0161ala maknite s vatre. Sastojke iz tave prebacite u blender ili ih usitnite \u0161tapnim mikserom. Malo umaka odvojite za salatu.<\/li>\n<li>Tjesteninu koju ste ocijedili pomije\u0161ajte s izblendanim umakom.<\/li>\n<li>Na pladanj postavite matovilac, dinju izre\u017eite na kockice ili je poput mene izdubite okruglom \u017elicom (ja sam koristila onu za kavu).<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte dinju, te postavite tjesteninu.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte fete pr\u0161uta, mozzarellu te izrezane rotkvice.<\/li>\n<li>Prelijte s preostalim umakom, po \u017eelji dodajte maslinovo ulje te za\u010dinite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tra\u017eite ljetno jelo?
