Odmalena su me fascinirale svojim izgledom i kombinacijom okusa. I danas, pored svih divnih slastica, torte i dalje imaju posebno mjesto na mom stolu.<\/p>\n<p>Ova torta je na\u0161a uskrsna torta ove godine. Nje\u017ena, kremasta i prepuna \u010dokoladnih M&amp;M jaja.<\/p>\n<p>U njenoj izradi mi je pomogao moj Kenwood kMix samostoje\u0107i mikser. Osim duboke posude zapremnine 5 l te tri nastavka (pjenja\u010da, K-Beater i kuka za tijesto) ima i preko 20 dodatnih nastavaka. Pripremite dva kalupa promjera 20 centimetara. Na dno svakog kalupa postavite papir za pe\u010denje, a rubove im namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite na vatri i ostavite po strani da se malo prohladi.<\/li>\n<li>U jednoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol. U drugoj pomije\u0161ajte kiselo vrhnje i mlijeko. Stavite ih po strani.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera metlicom izradite \u0161e\u0107er, rastopljeni maslac, jaja i ekstrakt vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte pola smjese mlijeka i vrhnja uz miksanje srednje jakom brzinom. Dodajte bra\u0161no i preostalo mlijeko i vrhnje.<\/li>\n<li>Sve pove\u017eite mikserom na laganoj brzini.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno podijelite u dva kalupa (oko 380 g po kalupu).<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite pecite 25 \u2013 30 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu biskvita ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite 10-ak minuta u kalupima, a potom ih prebacite na re\u0161etku dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>KREMA OD MASCARPONE-A<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudu stavite vrhnje za \u0161lag. Miksajte ga jednu minutu pa dodajte \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i ekstrakt vanilije. Polako miksajte dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne pove\u017ee s vrhnjem.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte mascarpone ili sirni namaz po izboru i miksajte kremu jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta na najja\u010doj brzini. Krema vam treba biti \u010dvrsta i svilenkasta.<\/li>\n<li>Jagode operite, odstranite im peteljke te ih iskidajte na manje komadi\u0107e. Stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za torte postavite prvi biskvit. Stavite kremu od mascarponea pa po njoj rasporedite iskidane jagode. Preklopite s drugim biskvitom. Cijelu tortu oblo\u017eite kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Sada slo\u017eite M&amp;M \u010dokoladna jaja u bojama. Krenite od dna, nakon \u0161to ste napravili cijeli krug krenite s drugim redom i tako dok ne do\u0111ete do vrha torte.
