Pripremite kalup okvirnih dimenzija 23 x 33 cm. Dno kalupa oblo\u017eite papirom ili cijeli kalup namastite i pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite bjelanjke od \u017eumanjaka. Od bjelanjaka i 30 g \u0161e\u0107era (2 \u017elice) stucite snijeg te ga stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Sada u posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi pjenasto izradite \u017eumanjke i preostali \u0161e\u0107er (60 g ili 4 \u017elice). Dodajte 4 \u017elice tople vode te nastavite miksati jo\u0161 malo, odnosno dok se voda ne pove\u017ee sa smjesom.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no, kakao i pra\u0161ak za pecivo prosijte te ih dodajte \u017eumanjcima. Kratko sve izradite. Sada dodajte snijeg od bjelanjaka iz tri intervala. Umije\u0161ajte ga \u0161patulom paze\u0107i da ga ne umije\u0161ate brzo i naglo ve\u0107 postepeno.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu za biskvit stavite u pripremljen kalup te pecite 15 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>No\u017eem obrubite kalup te biskvit okrenite na \u010distu kuhinjsku krpu koju ste prethodno posuli kakaom u prahu te ga zarolajte. Biskvit ostavite da se ohladi prije stavljanja kreme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BIJELA MOUSSE KREMA OD MASCARPONEA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u017delatinu namo\u010dite u 3 \u017elice hladne vode te ostavite 10 minuta da \u017eelatina nabubri, ako koristite listi\u0107e tada ih namo\u010dite u hladnoj vodi dok ne omek\u0161aju.<\/li>\n<li>Od 150 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag odvojite nekoliko \u017elica koje dodajte nabubrenoj i ocije\u0111enoj \u017eelatini (ja dodam 4 \u017elice). Ostalo vrhnje stucite u \u0161lag.<\/li>\n<li>Nabubrenu \u017eelatinu ili omek\u0161ane i ocije\u0111ene listi\u0107e \u017eelatine stavite na paru s par \u017elica\u00a0vrhnja za \u0161lag te ih ugrijte kako bi se \u017eelatina otopila.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme mikserom izradite mascarpone i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Dodajte zagrijanu i otopljenu \u017eelatinu te na kraju umije\u0161ajte \u0161lag i ekstrakt vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>Odmotajte biskvit, postavite kremu te ga zarolajte.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNI GANACHE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu za kuhanje iskidajte na \u0161to manje komadi\u0107e i prebacite je u posudu otpornu na toplinu. Stavite je po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za kuhanje ugrijte do vrenja pa ga dodajte komadi\u0107ima \u010dokolade.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite dvije minute pa \u0161patulom mije\u0161ajte sve dok vam se smjesa ne spoji i ne dobijete glatku kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Roladu odmah prelijte ganacheom, ukrasite \u010dokoladnim jajima te spremite u hladnjak na tri sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u010cokoladna rolada s mousse kremom od mascarponea i glazurom od \u010dokolade je kola\u010d koji bi jela svaki dan.
