Pjenasti \u010dokoladni biskvit, nje\u017ena mousse krema od mascarponea te \u010dokoladna puding krema se savr\u0161eno nadopunjuju u svakom zalogaju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod izrade biskvita pazite da bjelanjke lagano umije\u0161ate u smjesu, te da prvi sloj mousse kreme ohladite prije stavljanja \u010dokoladne puding kreme. Pripremite kalup okvirnih dimenzija 23 x 33 cm. Dno kalupa oblo\u017eite papirom ili cijeli kalup namastite i pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite bjelanjke od \u017eumanjaka. Od bjelanjaka i 30 g \u0161e\u0107era (2 \u017elice) stucite snijeg te ga stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Sada u posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi pjenasto izradite \u017eumanjke i preostali \u0161e\u0107er (60 g ili 4 \u017elice). Dodajte 4 \u017elice tople vode te nastavite miksati jo\u0161 malo, odnosno dok se voda ne pove\u017ee sa smjesom.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no, kakao i pra\u0161ak za pecivo prosijte te ih dodajte \u017eumanjcima. Kratko sve izradite. Sada dodajte snijeg od bjelanjaka iz tri intervala. Umije\u0161ajte ga \u0161patulom paze\u0107i da ga ne umije\u0161ate brzo i naglo ve\u0107 postepeno.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu za biskvit stavite u pripremljen kalup te pecite 15 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Neka se biskvit ohladi prije nego stavite kremu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BIJELA MOUSSE KREMA OD MASCARPONEA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u017delatinu namo\u010dite u 5 \u017elica hladne vode te ostavite 10 minuta da \u017eelatina nabubri.<\/li>\n<li>Od 500 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag odvojite nekoliko \u017elica koje dodajte nabubrenoj \u017eelatini (ja dodam 4 \u017elice). Ostalo vrhnje stucite u \u0161lag.<\/li>\n<li>Nabubrenu \u017eelatinu zagrijte na pari kako bi se otopila.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme mikserom izradite mascarpone, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu te Dolcela Bourbon vanilija \u0161e\u0107er. Dodajte zagrijanu i otopljenu \u017eelatinu te na kraju umije\u0161ajte \u0161lag.<\/li>\n<li>Pola kreme postavite na biskvit te poravnajte povr\u0161inu.<\/li>\n<li>Spremite u hladnjak da se krema stisne dok radite \u010dokoladnu puding kremu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNA PUDING KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pomije\u0161ajte oba pra\u0161ka za puding sa 120 g \u0161e\u0107era. Od 700 ml mlijeka oduzmite 10-ak \u017elica pa ih dobro pomije\u0161ajte sa smjesom pudinga i \u0161e\u0107era.<\/li>\n<li>Ostatak mlijeka stavite u lonac s debljim dnom pa ga zagrijte do vrenja, odmaknite s vrate, dodajte razmu\u0107enu smjesu s pra\u0161kom za puding te vratite na vatru. Vatru sada smanjite na srednje jaku do laganu. Nastavite mije\u0161ati oko 2 minute, odnosno dok se krema ne zgusne.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu prebacite u posudu otpornu na toplinu (ja koristim posudu za pe\u010denje dimenzija kao i za biskvit), \u0161to vam je ve\u0107a posuda br\u017ee \u0107e se ohladiti krema. Kremu prekrijte prozirnom folijom.<\/li>\n<li>U ohla\u0111enu kremu smiksajte 250 g maslaca sobne temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu stavite na prvi sloj bijelog moussea te poravnajte povr\u0161inu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postavite i drugi sloj bijele mousse kreme od mascarponea, poravnajte te pospite naribanom \u010dokoladom.<\/li>\n<li>Ohladite na 3 sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ako volite kremaste i \u010dokoladne kola\u010de onda je ovaj kola\u010d ba\u0161 za vas.
