Ja ih obo\u017eavam. I to toliko da ih radim za sve proslave ro\u0111endana i ve\u0107inu na\u0161ih dru\u017eenja. Cimet rolice su postale sinonim na\u0161ih okupljanja. Pa, za\u0161to onda ne napraviti jednu slavljeni\u010dku cimet rolicu, onu koja je u biti cimet rolica, ali je istovremeno i torta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I moram vam re\u0107i da je ovo obo\u017eavanje! Toliko je jednostavno, a toliko zanimljivo i preukusno. Sve je isto kao i kod klasi\u010dne cimet rolice, osim \u0161to se malo du\u017ee pe\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cimet rolicu pe\u010dete u kalupu za torte te je ova koli\u010dina tijesta za kalup od 20 cm. Tako\u0111er, visina tijesta je izme\u0111u 5 i 6 cm. Po \u017eelji pe\u010denu cimet rolicu mo\u017eete premazati <a href=\"https:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/sirup\/\">sirupom<\/a>, ali ja nisam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja tortu cimet rolicu pospem konfetama ili \u0161arenim mrvicama. Dodajte im jaje, sol i koricu limuna. Mikserom sve dobro pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no i suhi kvasac pa ih dodajte smjesi maslaca, \u0161e\u0107era i jaja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodaje mlako mlijeko pa nastavkom za tijesto zamijesite tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu te ga nastavite mijesiti dok vam ne postane glatko i prestane se lijepiti. Mijesite ga najmanje 7 minuta. Po potrebi dodajte malo bra\u0161na. Tijesto mo\u017eete izraditi i u samostoje\u0107em mikseru.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u malo nauljenu posudu te ga prekrijte prozirnom folijom.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite na toplom dok se ne udvostru\u010di (1,5 h &#8211; 2 h)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE CIMET ROLICE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Pripremite okrugli kalup dimenzija 20 cm. Dno mu oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, rubove namastite i pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to se udvostru\u010dilo tijesto pritisnite \u0161akom kako bi se ispuhao vi\u0161ak zraka. Prebacite ga na pobra\u0161njenu radnu podlogu. Razvaljate ga na dimenziju 45 x 25 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prema\u017eite maslacem sobne temperature\u00a0te pospite mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta.<\/li>\n<li>Izre\u017eite trake \u0161iroke 5 &#8211; 6 cm. Neka vam trake budu jednako \u0161iroke. Re\u017eite du\u017e du\u017ee stranice.<\/li>\n<li>Sada zarolajte prvu traku. Zarolano tijesto postavite na po\u010detak druge trake pa zarolajte i nju. Sada ste dobili zarolanu cimet rolicu od dvije trake tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Veliku cimet rolicu postavite na tre\u0107i traku pa zarolajte tijesto i s njom. Ponavljajte sve dok ne potro\u0161ite sve trake i ne dobijete jednu veliku cimet rolicu.<\/li>\n<li>Cimet rolicu postavite u pripremljen kalup tako da vam zarolani krugovi budu vidljivi.<\/li>\n<li>Prekrijte \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom te ostavite 30 minuta na toplom. Za to vrijeme zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite, cimet rolicu mo\u017eete spremiti u hladnjak i dr\u017eati je do 3 dana (spremite je odmah nakon rolanja, nemojte je ostaviti da se di\u017ee drugi put). U tom slu\u010daju kalup izvadite najmanje 2 do 3 sata prije pe\u010denja i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi kako bi tijesto moglo narasti.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to je odmorilo 30 minuta, kalup stavite u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu.<\/li>\n<li>Cimet rolicu pecite 40-ak minuta, odnosno dok vam ne poprimi lijepu rumenu boju. Ja provjerim i tako da malo odvojim dva ruba i pogledam je li tijesto iznutra pe\u010deno (treba biti suho), ako nije vratim u pe\u0107nicu na jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Cimet rolicu ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa je izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje da se prohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu koriste\u0107i se pjenja\u010dom ili mikserom.
