Piva se ne osjeti u biskvitu, a mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koju tamnu pivu po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam pekla dva biskvita koja sam prerezala po pola i dobila 4 kore. Pripremite dva kalupa za tortu promjera 18 cm. Svakom kalupu dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje i rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite tamnu pivu te maslac iskidan na komadi\u0107e. Lonac stavite na srednje jaku vatru dok se maslac potpuno ne otopi. Sada dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, Dolcela bourbon vanilija \u0161e\u0107er i kakao te pjenja\u010dom dobro pomije\u0161ajte kako bi dobili povezanu smjesu. Maknite s vatre.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte jaja i kiselo vrhnje pa ih dodajte smjesi s pivom uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ano sa sodom bikarbonom i prstohvat soli. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe te pecite 25 &#8211; 30 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ih potom prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Po potrebi poravnajte povr\u0161inu biskvita koriste\u0107u nazubljeni no\u017e. Svaki biskvit prepolovite tako da dobijete dva jednaka biskvita. Sada \u0107ete imati 4 biskvita.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu stavite maslac sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er. Mikserom s nastavkom za kreme ih izradite. Sada dodajte limun \u0161e\u0107er i mascarpone pa sve dodatno izradite dok ne postignete povezanu i kompaktnu kremu,<\/li>\n<li>Kremu mo\u017eete nanositi \u0161patulom i \u017elicom ili je staviti u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu i istisnuti. Ja koristim slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu, ovako mi je urednije. Otvor na mojoj vre\u0107ici je 1 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na stalak za tortu ili podlo\u017eak stavite prvi biskvit te istisnite kreme rade\u0107i krugove tako da po\u010dnete od vanjskog ruba pa sve dok ne do\u0111ete do sredine biskvita. Po potrebi poravnajte povr\u0161inu kreme \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postavite drugi biskvit, na njega kremu, tre\u0107i biskvit, ponovo kremu te na kraju \u010detvrti biskvit.<\/li>\n<li>Cijelu tortu oblo\u017eite preostalom kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Spremite u hladnjak na dva sata ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>GANACHE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu iskidajte na manje komadi\u0107e i stavite u posudu otpornu na toplinu. Vrhnje za \u0161lag ugrijte do vrenja pa prelijte preko komadi\u0107a \u010dokolade. Mije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete gustu, kompaktnu i sjajnu kremu (nekoliko minuta).<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite malo po strani da se ganache prohladi pa ga prelijte preko torte, \u0161patulom poravnajte.
