Za \u010dokoladnu dio bra\u0161na zamijenim kakaom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>Krema je nje\u017ena, mousse krema od mascarponea, no vi mo\u017eete koristiti i neku drugu kremu po \u017eelji. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje pribli\u017enih dimenzija 38 x 26 cm. Dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje i namastite uljem u spreju ili tankim slojem maslaca.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dumanjke pjenasto stucite sa 100 g \u0161e\u0107era i prstohvatom soli. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati 5 minuta. Neka se \u017eumanjci uduplaju i posvijetle.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi dodajte prosijano bra\u0161no pa sve kratko pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>Od bjelanjaka i 50 g \u0161e\u0107era napravite snijeg miksaju\u0107i ih nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Snijeg pomo\u0107u \u0161patule nje\u017eno umije\u0161ajte u smjesu sa \u017eumanjcima. Pomije\u0161ajte iz tri intervala. Prvo dodavanje mo\u017ee biti br\u017ee i intenzivnije, dok druga dva trebaju biti odra\u0111ena nje\u017enim pokretima \u0161patule.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite 4 jedna dijela u zasebne posudite te svakom dodajte \u017eeljenu boju. Prvo dodajte malo boje te po \u017eelji dodajte jo\u0161. Uzmite u obzir da \u0107e biskvit pe\u010denjem potamniti. Obojene smjese prebacite u slasti\u010darske vre\u0107ice tako da svaka boja bude u svojoj vre\u0107ici. Napravite otvor od 1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Istisnite prvu smjesu tako da istisne u koso jedan rub. Sada istisnite drugu crtu u boji do prve i tako dok ne do\u0111ete do kraja lima.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 10 -13 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite \u010distu kuhinjsku krpu ili papir za pe\u010denje (ja sam koristila papir za pe\u010denje). Ako koristite krpu pospite je \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. Pazite da je cijela krpa ravnomjerno posuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010deni biskvit oprezno okrenite na krpu ili papir za pe\u010denje (koji ne treba posipati) odstranite papir za pe\u010denje koji je zalijepljen za biskvit pa odmah zarolajte biskvit (rolate u\u017eu stranu) i ostavite da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>MOUSSE KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Listi\u0107e \u017eelatine ili mljevenu \u017eelatinu namo\u010dite u hladnoj vodi. Odvojite malo vrhnja za \u0161lag pa ga s listi\u0107ima ili nabubrenom \u017eelatinom ugrijte na pari ili u mikrovalnoj.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag stucite u mekani \u0161lag.<\/li>\n<li>Mascarpone i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu mikserom pove\u017eite. Dodajte otopljenu \u017eelatinu. Sada umije\u0161ajte tu\u010deno vrhnje. Kremu mo\u017eete odmah koristiti.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit lagano odmotajte.
