Dolaze iz \u0160panjolske, pr\u017eeni su u ulju te su podjednako mekani i pjenasti kao i hrskavi i aromati\u010dni. Jednostavno su divni.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Churros se radi od kuhanog tijesta koje se pr\u017ei u ulju. Mo\u017ee biti ravan poput \u0161tapi\u0107a ili pak u obliku suze gdje se vrhovi spajaju. Izvan je hrskav te se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e posipa sa \u0161e\u0107erom i cimetom dok je iznutra pjenast i mekan.<\/p>\n<p>Churros se poslu\u017euje uz umake od \u010dokolade, mo\u017eete ga servirati uz kavu ili \u010daj i prakti\u010dki u bilo koje doba dana.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Idealni su za uli\u010dne zabave, ali i za doru\u010dak doma. Ovi slatki u\u0161tipci su na samom vrhu slatkih pr\u017eenih tijesta. Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i sol te sve kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri. Kad se maslac otopio, a voda zakuhala maknite lonac s vatre, dodajte bra\u0161no pa kuha\u010dom naglo sve promije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Mije\u0161ajte dok se sve ne pove\u017ee i dok ne primijetite da je na dnu lonca tanki fil od bra\u0161na, za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati oko 1-2 minute ili dok vam tijesto ne postigne temperaturu od 75 &#8211; 79\u00b0 C.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu. Ja tijesto miksam \u0161patulom kako bi se ohladilo \u0161to prije, ali mo\u017eete ga ostaviti i nekoliko minuta kako bi se prohladilo prije dodavanja jaja. Ako jaja odmah dodate skuhat \u0107e se u tijestu i dobit \u0107ete grudice.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja pomije\u0161ajte u zasebnoj posudi toliko da se pove\u017eu. Sada ulijte malo jaja te miksajte, ponovo ulijte malo jaja te nastavite miksati. Trebate dodati toliko jaja da vam smjesa bude sjajna te da vam, kad dignete mije\u0161alicu od miksera tijesto pada u obliku slova v s nje. Bitno je da vam je tijesto sjajno i glatko, ali da nije prerijetko. Ja uglavnom stavim 2,5 jaja L veli\u010dine.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s ve\u0107im zvjezdastim nastavkom.<\/li>\n<li>Ulje ugrijte do 170 stupnjeva pa smanjite vatru na laganu. Pazite da vam ima dovoljno ulja kako bi se churrosi mogli nesmetano pr\u017eiti.<\/li>\n<li>Istisnite tijesto iz slasti\u010darske vre\u0107ice te ga pomo\u0107u kuhinjskih \u0161kara otkidajte kad ste zadovoljni veli\u010dinom, moji su dugi oko 10 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u017eite ih oko minutu sa svake strane, odnosno dok ne porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Churrose izvadite na pripremljen kuhinjski ru\u010dnik kako bi se ocijedio vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e pa ih potom uvaljajte u \u0161e\u0107er pomije\u0161an s cimetom.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite uz umak od \u010dokolade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>UMAK OD \u010cOKOLADE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu iskidajte na sitne komadi\u0107e pa je stavite u posudu.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag ugrijte do vrenja pa ga prelijte preko komadi\u0107a \u010dokolade.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160patulom promije\u0161ajte sastojke dok ne dobijete sjajnu i povezanu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Umak ulijte u posudu te poslu\u017eite uz churrose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Churros su jedni od najdivnijih u\u0161tipaka na svijetu, ako mene pitate.
