Ako ste probali apple cider krafne iz pe\u0107nice, onda znate o \u010demu govorim. A ovaj kuglof je kao jedna velika, ukusna krafna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod odabira \u0161e\u0107era mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koji sme\u0111i \u0161e\u0107er (svijetli). Ako nemate ekstrakt vanilije tada upotrijebiti vre\u0107icu vanilin \u0161e\u0107era.<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam koristila cimet, no vi mo\u017eete i gingerbread mje\u0161avinu za\u010dina, pumpkin spice mje\u0161avinu za\u010dina i sl.<\/p>\n<p>Apple cider (cider od jabuke) mo\u017eete upotrijebiti bilo koji, samo nemojte koristiti sok jabuke. U receptu se koristi cider.<\/p>\n<p>Kiselo vrhnje \u0107e vam dati dodatnu so\u010dnost kuglofu. Vrhnje mo\u017eete zamijeniti s jogurtom (gr\u010dki ili obi\u010dni).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cijeli kuglof je osut \u0161e\u0107erom. Da bi vam se \u0161e\u0107er primio za kuglof potrebno vam je i malo maslaca. Pripremite kalup za kuglof, namastite ga te pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac izradite mikserom, dodajte mu \u0161e\u0107er te sve pove\u017eite u kremastu smjesu. Sada dodajte jaje po jaje miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja. Dodajte ekstrakt vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu dodajte cider od jabuke te sve pove\u017eite kratko mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu, sol i cimet pa ih dodajte smjesi s maslacem.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju umije\u0161ajte kiselo vrhnje te kratko izradite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u pripremljen kalup, poravnajte povr\u0161inu te pecite 45 &#8211; 50 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica (\u0161tapi\u0107 za ra\u017enji\u0107e) ne iza\u0111e suh.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u010deni kola\u010d ostavite u kalupu dok se ne ohladi. Tanjurom ili pladnjem poklopite kalup pa sve prevrnite tako da je sada tanjur na dnu. Kola\u010d bi trebao ispasti iz kalupa.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160e\u0107er i cimet pomije\u0161ajte i stavite po strani. Maslac rastopite na laganoj vatri, kistom prema\u017eite kola\u010d pa ga pospite mje\u0161avinom \u0161e\u0107era i cimeta.
