Radila sam ih prvi put prije par mjeseci i otada ih neprestano pripremam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mekane, pune okusa i toliko jednostavne za pripremu. Treba vam ricotta, jaja i bra\u0161no, malo pra\u0161ka za pecivo i za\u010dini ako \u017eelite. That&#8217;s all! Sa svim poslom sto gotovi za 20 min maksimalno.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja fritule volim uvaljati u \u0161e\u0107er, ali mo\u017eete ih posuti sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu ili pak pripremiti neki od preljeva. Dodajte im \u0161e\u0107er, koricu limuna, vaniliju i rum. Mikserom sve pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sol i pra\u0161ak za pecivo. Sada suhe sastojke dodajte smjesi ricotte i jaja.<\/li>\n<li>Mikserom sve pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>U loncu s debljim dnom ugrijte ulje do 165 stupnjeva. Ako nemate termometar tada drvenu dr\u0161ku mo\u017eete zabosti u ugrijano ulje te se oko nje trebaju stvarati maleni mjehuri\u0107i (ne veliki). Kada je ulje dostiglo temperaturu za pr\u017eenje smanjite vatru na laganu.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto mo\u017eete stavljati u zagrijano ulje pomo\u0107u dvije \u017eli\u010dice ili tako da ga stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s otvorom od 1,5 do 2 cm. Vre\u0107icu stavite nad loncem s uljem, istisnite dio smjese te kuhinjskim \u0161karama re\u017eite tijesto. Tijesto \u0107e se formirati u male kuglice. Ovako \u0107ete dobiti najpravilnije oblike.<\/li>\n<li>Fritule pr\u017eite nekoliko minuta, odnosno dok ne porumene, pazite da vam je vatra cijelo vrijeme lagana.<\/li>\n<li>Fritule izvadite na papirnati ru\u010dnik kako bi se ocijedio vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e te ih potom uvaljajte u \u0161e\u0107er ili ih pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite tople.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ove mekane fritule su mi bile pravo otkri\u0107e.
