Jer ulazak u novu je najbolji uz komad slatke torte i \u010da\u0161u pjenu\u0161ca. A kad to spojite u jedno dobijete neodoljivo aromati\u010dnu pjenu\u0161ac tortu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova torta se sastoji od bijelog biskvita oboga\u0107enog pjenu\u0161cem te kremom od maslaca. Pripremite dva kalupa za tortu promjera 20 cm. Svakom kalupu dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161no pomije\u0161ajte s pra\u0161kom za pecivo, soli i bojom u prahu (ako koristite u gelu dodajte na samom kraju) te ostavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi izradite maslac sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte im bjelanjak po bjelanjak miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte pola koli\u010dine bra\u0161na, mikserom pove\u017eite, sada dodajte pjenu\u0161ac pa ponovo sve pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju kratko umije\u0161ajte preostalo bra\u0161no. Ako koristite boju u gelu sada je dodajte.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u oba kalupa te pecite 30 \u2013 35 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ih izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bjelanjke i \u0161e\u0107er stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili drugu duboku posudu. Kuhajte na pari uz stalno mije\u0161anje pjenja\u010dom sve dok vam se \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Posudu maknite s pare, obri\u0161ite dno te miksajte na srednjoj brzini dok ne postignete sjajnu meringue, a posuda vam bude hladna na dodir. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati 5 -8 minuta. Dodajte maslac sobne temperature koji ste prethodno iskidali na kockice pa miksajte dok krema ne postane \u010dvrsta i kompaktna. Ako vam je maslac previ\u0161e mekan tada vam se krema mo\u017ee grudati, nastavite miksati dok ne postignete kompaktnu kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Krema od odmah spremna za kori\u0161tenje.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE TORTE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na stalak za torte postavite prvi biskvit, ako je povr\u0161ina neravna poravnajte je nazubljenim no\u017eem.<\/li>\n<li>Na biskvit postavite kremu te preklopite s drugim biskvitom.<\/li>\n<li>Cijel tortu oblo\u017eite preostalom kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Ukrasite perlicama ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Proslava nove godine ne bi bila potpuna bez torte i to one s koje prskalica zasvIjetli.
