Pripremite tri kalupa za tortu promjera 20 cm. Kalupima dno oblo\u017eite papirom, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sol, mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 i cimet. Stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Sada mikserom izradite maslac i obje vrste \u0161e\u0107era dok ne postignete kremastu smjesu. Ja koristim\u00a0K-Beater mije\u0161alicu na mom Kenwood kMix samostoje\u0107em mikseru.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jaje po jaje miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte pola koli\u010dine bra\u0161na pomije\u0161anog s ostalim sastojcima, promije\u0161ajte, sada dodajte eggnog te preostalo bra\u0161no. Izradite biskvit.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 25 &#8211; 30 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ih potom izvadite na re\u0161etku da se ohlade potpuno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maslac, \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i sirni namaz izradite mikserom. Pazite da vam svi sastojci budu sobne temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag stucite u snijeg. Sada ga umije\u0161ajte s eggnog likerom u kremu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na pladanj za torte stavite prvi biskvit te na njega stavite \u010detvrtinu kreme. Sada postavite drugi biskvit te na njega tako\u0111er stavite drugu \u010detvrtinu torte.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite tre\u0107i biskvit te cijelu tortu oblo\u017eite kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Ostatku kremu dodajte zelenu jestivu boju te dobro promije\u0161ajte kako bi se krema ravnomjerno obojila.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu postavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s nastavkom na rupice, moj je Wilton #234 te istisnite uz obrub jako bi dobili izgled vijenca.<\/li>\n<li>Ukrasite jestivim perlicama.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>EGGNOG<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mahunu vanilije prere\u017eite po pola pa sastru\u017eite sjemenke. Mahunu i sjemenke vanilije, mlijeko, cimet i mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 stavite u manji lonac te zagrijte do vrenja. Maknite s vatre i ostavite 10-ak minuta kako bi se arome infuzirale.<\/li>\n<li>Dok se mlijeko grije \u017eumanjke i \u0161e\u0107er mikserom pjenasto izradite, miksajte najmanje 5 minuta, odnosno dok jaja ne pobijele i ne uduplaju se.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite mahunu vanilije iz mlijeka pa mlijeko postepeno dolijevajte uz stalno miksanje. Dolijevajte lagano kako bi se \u017eumanci temperirali te kako se ne bi skuhali.<\/li>\n<li>Kad ste sve mlijeko dodali \u017eumanjcima, sve vratite na laganu vatru te kuhajte nekoliko minuta uz stalno mije\u0161anje.<\/li>\n<li>AKo image termometar maknite s vatre kad vam eggnog dosegne temperaturu od 65 stupnejva, ako nemate tada je dovoljno da eggnog kuhate nekoliko minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Maknite s vatre, dodajte teku\u0107e vrhnje za \u0161lag te rum i viski.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite hladno s tu\u010denim vrhnjem te s malo cimeta.<\/li>\n<li>Eggnog \u010duvajte u hladnjaku.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eggnog ili mlije\u010dni punch je divan, kremasti liker od jaja, mlijeka i ruma.
