Uvijek se na\u0111e na listi bo\u017ei\u0107nih slastica i bez nje te\u0161ko da mo\u017ee pro\u0107i Bo\u017ei\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bijelu pitu zovu i bijelom ma\u0111aricom, a ta limunasta nota joj daje poseban okus.<\/p>\n<p>Ja je radim s 5 kora i zadnju koru ne ma\u017eem s kremom ve\u0107 je samo pospem \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako vam djeluje te\u0161ka za izradu, vjerujte mi da nije, samo trebate uhvatiti ruku za kore. Dodajte \u017eumanjke i koricu limuna.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi dodajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i vrhnje te izradite prhko tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto omotajte prozirnom folijom te spremite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Izvadite iz hladnjaka i podijelite na 5 jednakih dijelova.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje te ga okrenite naopako.<\/li>\n<li>Razvaljajte prvo tijesto na papiru za pe\u010denje na okvirne dimenzija 25 x 30 cm pa ga s papirom prebacite na lim (pecite naopako). Vilicom ga lagano probodite na vi\u0161e mjesta.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 7-10 minuta, pazite da ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Ispecite sve kore.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>NADJEV<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U ve\u0107oj posudi pjenja\u010dom izradite malo mlijeka (150 ml), bra\u0161no, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. Preostalo mlijeko zakuhajte.<\/li>\n<li>Postepeno dolijevajte toplo mlijeko smjesi s bra\u0161nom te cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>Sada sve vratite na vatru te mije\u0161ajte dok se ne zgusne. Na kraju umije\u0161ajte maslac i sok limuna.<\/li>\n<li>Kore ma\u017eite toplom kremom.<\/li>\n<li>Na prove koru rasporedite 1\/4 kreme. Postavite drugu koru te na nju drugu \u010detvrtinu kreme pa tre\u0107u koru, pa tre\u0107u \u010detvrtinu kreme, zatim \u010detvrtu koru, kremu i na kraju zadnju koru.<\/li>\n<li>Netko ma\u017ee i zadnju koru s kremom, ja je samo pospem \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d ohladite u hladnjaku na nekoliko sati ili preko no\u0107i, pospite \u0161erom u prahu pa ga izre\u017eite na \u017eeljene oblike.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bijela pita je jedan od tradicionalnih recepata koji su omiljeni u mojoj obitelji.
