A mirisi koji se \u0161ire kad spremate ovaj kruh su toliko divni da \u0107e vam vjerojatno susjedi pozvoniti na vrata u \u017eelji za komadi\u0107em.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pull apart kruh sa za\u010dinskim biljem i karameliziranim lukom je omiljen kruh napih dru\u017eenja i raznih proslava. Osim \u0161to jako lijepo izgleda, fora se kida (samo odvojite svoju kockicu) prepun je za\u010dina i okusa karameliziranog kruha.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja ga volim poslu\u017eiti uz razne plate, masline ili meso. Promije\u0161ajte te poklopite, ostavite 10-ak minuta kako bi se kvas aktivirao.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu, dodajte razmu\u0107eno jaje, bra\u0161no i sol pa krenite izra\u0111ivati tijesto.<\/li>\n<li>Kad se sve povezalo dodajte maslac iz tri puta miksaju\u0107i cijelo vrijeme. Tek kad se prvi komad spoji dodajte drugi, miksajte pa tre\u0107i.<\/li>\n<li>Zamijesite glatko i sjajno tijesto, trebat \u0107e vam oko 7,8 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u nauljenu posudu, prekrijte prozirnom folijom te ostavite na toplom 1 do 1,5 sat, odnosno dok se tijesto ne udvostru\u010di.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KARAMELIZIRANI LUK<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Luk nare\u017eite na tanke fete. U dubokoj tavi na laganoj vatri i malo masno\u0107e stavite pirjati luk. Pirjajte oko 15-ak minuta uz povremeno mije\u0161anje.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte sol, \u0161e\u0107er i aceto balsamico. Nastavite pirjati oko 15-ak minuta, odnosno dok luk ne postane potpuno mekan te smjesa ljepljiva i kompaktna.<\/li>\n<li>Luk ostavite da se prohladi pa ga spremite u \u010distu staklenku ili posudu do kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu ugrijte na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite kalup za kruh. Dno mu oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte u pravokutnik debljine 2 -3 milimetra. Prema\u017eite maslacem te na dijelove stavite karamelizirani luk. Dio luka ostavite za kasnije.<\/li>\n<li>Izre\u017eite uzdu\u017ene trake debljine 10 cm koriste\u0107i reza\u010d za tijesto ili o\u0161tri no\u017e.. Trake od tijesta postavite jednu na drugu pa reza\u010dem ili no\u017eem izre\u017eite komade \u0161irine 6 &#8211; 8 milimetara.<\/li>\n<li>Komade postavite u kalup tako da vam stoje okomito. Slo\u017eite komad do komada.
