Sljezov kola\u010di\u0107 se grije na logorskoj vatri zaboden na \u0161tap te se potom stavi na graham kreker ili digestive keks, na njega se stavi kockica \u010dokolade te se preklopi s drugim keksi\u0107em.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kod nas s\u2019moresi nisu toliko poznati, ali ako ih nikad niste probali, savjetujem vam da ih svakako probate. Na netu ima dosta razli\u010ditih verzija ove torte, a meni je za oko zapela ona moje kolegice <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/biteitquick.com\/smores-cake\/\">Mihaele s bloga Bite it quick,\u00a0<\/a><\/span>poslu\u0161ala sam njen savjet te podlogu pekla s biskvitom i ovo mi je pun pogodak!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019mores fluff (namaz ili krema) se kod nas ne mo\u017ee uvijek prona\u0107i, a i najbolja je ona doma\u0107a verzija. Za nju vam treba termometar, ali sve ostalo je zaista brzo i jednostavno. Ja ovu kremu radim po receptu <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">Liv for cake,\u00a0<\/span>a od nje mo\u017eete prona\u0107i recept i za njenu verziju <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/livforcake.com\/smores-cake\/\">S\u2019mores torte<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moja torta se sastoji od \u010dokoladnog biskvita koji je pjenast i mekan, podloge od digestive keksa, s\u2019mores buttercream kreme koja je podijeljena na \u010dokoladni i bijeli dio te \u010dokoladnog ganachea. Svakom kalupu dno oblo\u017eite papirom, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Digestive kekse u sjeckalici usitnite te prebacite u praznu posudu.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite na vatri pa ga odmah dodajte mljevenim keksima. \u0160patulom sjedinite maslac i kekse kako ne bi imali suhih dijelova. Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u dva kalupa, tre\u0107i ostavite prazan.<\/li>\n<li>Rukama utisnite podlogu od dno kalupa kalupe spremite u hladnjak dok pripremate biskvit.<\/li>\n<li>Za biskvit, u posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu. Sada dodajte \u0161e\u0107er pa i njega umije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte suhe sastojke (jaja, ulje mlijeko i kiselo vrhnje) te sve dobro promije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete povezanu i kompaktnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe, pazite da kalup u kojem nema podloge zadnji stavite u pe\u0107nicu jer \u0107ete ga pe\u0107i par minuta manje od druga dva kalupa s podlogom.<\/li>\n<li>Kalup bet podloge pecite 30-ak minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha. Kalupe s podlogama pecite oko 35 minuta,\u00a0odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite 10-ak minuta u kalupima pa ih potom izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Po potrebi vrh biskvita poravnajte nazubljenim no\u017eem (ako je neravan).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u2019MORES NAMAZ<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U loncu s debljim dnom stavite vodu, \u0161e\u0107er i med ili agavin sirup. Promije\u0161ajte kako bi se sve povezalo te kuhajte na laganoj vatri, nemojte vi\u0161e mije\u0161ati. Koristite termometar i mjerite temperaturu.<\/li>\n<li>Sada bjelanjke stavite u \u010distu posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu \u010distu posudu. Dodajte cream of tartar ili sok od limuna, kad vam sirup dosegne temperaturu od 107\u00a0\u00baC krenite miksati bjelanjke, trebat \u0107e vam oko 4 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Kad su se bjelanjci formirali u mekani snijeg temperatura sirupa bi trebala dose\u0107i 115 stupnjeva. Sirup maknite s vatre, smanjite mikser na srednju brzinu te u laganom mlazu lijevajte sirup uz stalno miksanje.<\/li>\n<li>Kad ste dodali cijeli sirup poja\u010dajte mikser te nastavite miksati jo\u0161 7 &#8211; 8 minuta, odnosno dok ne dobijete prozra\u010dnu i sjajnu kremu.Na kraju dodajte ekstrakt vanilije te kratko izradite kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Mo\u017eete odmah koristiti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>S\u2019MORES KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu otopite na pari i ostavite postrani da se ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi mikserom izradite maslac i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Dodajte 300 g s\u2019mores namaza. Mikserom izradite kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Odvojite tre\u0107inu kreme te u nju umije\u0161ajte rastopljenu i ohla\u0111enu \u010dokoladu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na stalak za torte postavite biskvit s podlogom tako da podloga od keksa bude gore. Bijelu s\u2019mores kremu stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu te polovicu kreme rasporedite po podlozi.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postavite drugi biskvit s podlogom tako da vam podloga bude gore. postavite preostalu bijelu kremu te na nju tre\u0107i biskvit bez podloge od keksa.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu oblo\u017eite \u010dokoladnom s\u2019mores kremom. Tortu spremite u hladnjak na pola sata.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u010cOKOLADNI GANACHE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu usitnite na manje komadi\u0107e te je stavite u posudu.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za \u0161lag ugrijte do vrenja pa ga prelijte preko usitnjene \u010dokolade. Ostavite minutu pa \u0161patulom mije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete sjajni i povezani ganache.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite malo da se prohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu izvadite iz hladnjaka pa joj povr\u0161inu prelijte \u010dokoladnim ganacheom. \u0160patulom rasporedite \u010dokoladu po povr\u0161ini torte, dio \u010dokolade \u0107e curiti sa strane, tako treba biti.<\/li>\n<li>Tortu ohladite na nekoliko sati ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<li>Prije poslu\u017eivanja je ukrasite mrvicama keksa i\u00a0marshmallowsima.
