Uz to sve torta je prelivena \u010dokoladnom glazurom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ova torta je idealna opcija za sve ljubitelje \u010dokolade. Mo\u017eete je oblo\u017eiti kremom ili ostaviti u naked verziji. Moja Death by chocolate je poprimila Halloween izdanje te sam je dekorirala s duhovima od meringue te o\u010dima. Mo\u017eete ih napraviti i nekoliko dana prije.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 100 stupnjeva. Lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu stavite bjelanjke sobne temperature.\u00a0Krenite ih miksati poja\u010davaju\u0107i brzinu na najve\u0107u.<\/li>\n<li>Pomije\u0161ajte \u0161e\u0107er i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Kad vam se bjelanjci zapjene dodajite \u017elicu po \u017elicu pomije\u0161anog \u0161e\u0107era. Ostavite duhove u pe\u0107nici dok se potpuno ne oklade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>BISKVIT<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. pripremite tri kalupa za tortu promjera 20 cm. Svakom kalupu dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje te rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sodu bikarbonu. Sada dodajte \u0161e\u0107er pa i njega umije\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte suhe sastojke (jaja, ulje mlijeko i kiselo vrhnje) te sve dobro promije\u0161ajte dok ne dobijete povezanu i kompaktnu smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite u kalupe te pecite 30 &#8211; 35 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvite ostavite 10-ak minuta u kalupima pa ih potom izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Po potrebi iz poravnajte nazubljenim no\u017eem (ako je gornji dio biskvita neravan).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu isjeckajte na komadi\u0107e te stavite u posudu.<\/li>\n<li>Vrhnje za kuhanje, maslac i \u0161e\u0107er ugrijte do vrenja pa prelijte preko komadi\u0107a \u010dokolade.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte smjesu s vrhnjem \u010dokoladi u tri intervala, mije\u0161aju\u0107i nakon svakog dodavanja dok se sve ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Kada ste umije\u0161ali sve vrhnje i rastopljenu \u010dokoladu i dobili sjajnu i povezanu\u00a0smjesu, dodajte mileram ili kiselo vrhnje. Umije\u0161ajte ga u kremu pjenja\u010dom pa pustite da se krema malo ohladi i stisne. Ohla\u0111enu kremu mo\u017eete odmah koristiti. Ako vam je krema i dalje rijetka stavite je u hladnjak dok se ne stisne, oko 30 minuta. Ako vam je previ\u0161e stisnuta samo je mikserom dobro izradite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>GLAZURA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cokoladu iskidajte na komadi\u0107e pa je otopite na pari. Otopljenoj \u010dokoladi dodajte ulje te mije\u0161ajte dok vam se potpuno ne pove\u017ee s \u010dokoladom. Glazura treba biti sjajna i teku\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>Malo glazure ostavite za o\u010di duhovima kao i za dekoraciju. \u010cokoladu postavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s malenim otvorom te istisnite dvije malene to\u010dkice, odnosno dva malena oka. Postavite malo \u010dokolade na pole\u0111inu dekoracije pa je zalijepite po torti.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SLAGANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Na stalak za torte postavite prvi biskvit. Na njega postavite tre\u0107inu kreme, ja koristim slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu. Sada postavite drugi biskvit te drugu tre\u0107inu kremu.<\/li>\n<li>Postavite tre\u0107i biskvit preostalu kremu.
