Ovi keksi su sve u jednom. Hrskavi brownie izvan, ekstra \u010dokoladni i mekani iznutra te sladoled.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sendvi\u010d kekse mo\u017eete slagati sa sladoledom po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete koristiti i vi\u0161e vrsta. Osim vanilije, savr\u0161eno idu uz pistacio, stracciatellu, lje\u0161njak i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovi keksi su korak vi\u0161e od keksi\u0107a ali i od poslu\u017eenog sladoleda. Idealni su kao osvje\u017eenje za ljetne dane.<\/p>\n<p>U pripremi sam vam napisala kako posti\u0107i da keksi\u0107i budu idealni okrugli te na koji na\u010din \u0107ete posti\u0107i idealne okrugle komade sladoleda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er mo\u017eete rastopiti \u010dokoladu za kuhanje te dio keksi\u0107a umo\u010diti u nju i sve posuti mrvicama, krokantom ili po \u017eelji.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Najva\u017enije je da keksi\u0107e dr\u017eite u zamrziva\u010du do poslu\u017eivanja. Sada dodajte jaja te sme\u0111i i bijeli \u0161e\u0107er pa sve pove\u017eite mikserom ili pjenja\u010dom.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sol i pra\u0161ak za pecivo pa ih dodajte preostalim sastojcima.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu kratko izradite mikserom ili \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ohladite u hladnjaku na sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva. Pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje, svaki oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Pomo\u0107u \u017elice za sladoled ili obi\u010dne \u017elice vadite smjesu za kekse. Moji te\u017ee 45 g svaki. Radite razmak kako vam se keksi ne bi zalijepili u pe\u010denju.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 8-10 minuta. U sredini \u0107e ostati mekani, ali \u0107e se hla\u0111enjem stisnuti. Kad ih izvadite iz pe\u0107nice obrubite ih okruglim kalupom (malo ve\u0107im od keksi\u0107a) te kalup malo zavrtite oko keksi\u0107a. Kako su keksi\u0107i mekani ovako \u0107ete &#8220;popeglati&#8221; sve neravnine i dobiti potpuno okrugli oblik keksi\u0107a. Ovaj korak mo\u017eete i presko\u010diti.<\/li>\n<li>Kekse izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok ne potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PUNJENJE OD SLADOLEDA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sladoled ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi kako bi se potpuno rastopio. Pripremite posudu okvirnih dimenzija 15 x 25 cm . Posudu oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje kako bi kasnije mogli izvaditi sladoled.<\/li>\n<li>Otopljeni sladoled stavite u pripremljenu posudu te ga spremite u zamrziva\u010d dok se ponovo ne stisne.<\/li>\n<li>Zale\u0111eni sladoled izvadite iz hladnjaka, ja ga izvadim iz posude na radnu povr\u0161inu, no mo\u017eete ga ostaviti i u posudi.<\/li>\n<li>Pomo\u0107u okruglog kalupa za kekse ili ruba \u010da\u0161e izre\u017eite okrugle komade. Pazite da vam komad izrezanog sladoleda ne bude ve\u0107i od keksi\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>Na pole\u0111inu jednog keksa stavite komad sladoleda pa ga preklopite s drugim keksom.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji rastopite \u010dokoladu za kuhanje na pari pa polovicu gotovih keksi\u0107a umo\u010dite u \u010dokoladu te pospite mrvicama ili krokantom.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e spremite u zamrziva\u010d do poslu\u017eivanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sladoled sendvi\u010d keksi su spoj brownies keksa i sladoleda.
