U po\u010detku se nisu razlikovali od dumplingsa ali su su s vremenom postala dva razli\u010dita jela.<\/p>\n<p>Wotonsi imaju manje nadjeva te se tijesto druga\u010dije mota. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e se nadjevaju mesom, \u0161kampima ili sirnim namazom sa za\u010dinima, te se poslu\u017euju u juhi ili sami kao snack ili predjelo.<\/p>\n<p>Wotonsi se mogu kuhati na pari ili pr\u017eiti, a svaki kraj ima svoju verziju. Rade se od jaja, vode i bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n<p>Ovako zamotani stvaraju oblik sli\u010dan zlatnom ingotu, kineskom drevnom novcu. Dodajte sol, jaje i dio vode pa krenite izra\u0111ivati tijesto dodavaju\u0107i postepeno preostalu vodu.<\/li>\n<li>Pove\u017eite sve sastojke rukama ili kuhinjskom \u017elicom pa tijesto prebacite na radnu podlogu. Rukama zamijesite glatko i svilenkasto tijesto, trebat \u0107e vam oko 8 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto oblikujte u kuglu te pokrijte \u010distom kuhinjskom krpom. Ostavite ga 10-ak minuta na radnoj podlozi kako bi odmorilo.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto podijelite na dva dijela. \u0160krobnim bra\u0161nom pobra\u0161nite radnu podlogu.<\/li>\n<li>Prvu polovicu tijesta razvaljajte \u0161to tanje mo\u017eete. Tijesto bi se trebalo lijepo valjati. Pobra\u0161nite i povr\u0161inu sa \u0161krobnim bra\u0161nom, ovako vam se tijesto ne\u0107e lijepiti.<\/li>\n<li>Izre\u017eite komade veli\u010dine 10 x 10 cm. Na sredinu kvadrata stavite \u017eli\u010dicu\u00a0 ABC sirnog namaza s vlascem. Prste navala\u017eite te pro\u0111ite rub tijesta. Sada tijesto presavinite u trokut.<\/li>\n<li>Primite dva kraja tijesta, pa ih spojite, neka vam prsti budu vla\u017eni kako bi se tijesto spojilo na vrhovima.<\/li>\n<li>Isto ponovite i s drugom polovicom tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Ugrijte ulje u loncu s debljim dnom. Neka vam bude dovoljno ulja u loncu kako wontonsi ne bi dodirivali dno lonca.<\/li>\n<li>Stavljajte ih onoliko koliko vam stane u lonac da se me\u0111usobno ne dodiruju.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u017eite do dvije minute sa svake strane, odnosno dok vam lijepo ne porumene.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u017eene wontonse izvadite na pripremljen kuhinjski ru\u010dnik kako bi se ocijedio vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Wontonske poslu\u017eite tople uz umak po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Idealna temperatura ulja za pr\u017eenje je 175 \u00b0C. Ako nemate termometar, tada drvenu dr\u0161ku od kuhinjske \u017elice uronite u ugrijano ulje. Trbaju vam se stvarati manji mjehuri\u0107i koji se ravnomjerno \u0161ire od drvene \u017elice prema rubovima lonca. Ako su mjehuri\u0107i veliki tada je ulje pregrijano, ako ih nema tada jo\u0161 niste postigli \u017eeljenu temperaturu.
