Biskvit vam mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti za torte, mo\u017eete ga raditi pravokutnog ili u kalupu za kruh.<\/p>\n<p>Kola\u010d od vanilije je mekan i nje\u017ean te je idealan za sve vo\u0107ne kombinacije. Mo\u017eete nadodati i komadi\u0107e \u010dokolade ili dio bra\u0161na zamijeniti s kakaom u prahu. Ja sam koristila glazuru od \u0161e\u0107era i jogurta te sam dodala malo maline u prahu kako bi dobila tu nje\u017eno rozu boju te aromu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Malinu u prahu nabavljam u Harissa trgovini (klikni <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">ovdje<\/span>), no vi mo\u017eete ovaj dio izostaviti ili nadodati sok limuna, naran\u010de ili maline.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jednostavan kola\u010d od vanilije mo\u017eete poslu\u017eiti za doru\u010dak, uz kavu ili dru\u017eenje u ljetnim ve\u010derima. Pripremite kalup za kruh pribli\u017enih dimenzija\u00a012 x 28 cm. Dno kalupa oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi mikserom izradite maslac i \u0161e\u0107er.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte jaje po jaje miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja. Sada dodajte ekstrakt vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol.<\/li>\n<li>Polovicu bra\u0161na dodajte smjesi s maslacem te sve pove\u017eite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte mlijeko pa mikserom pove\u017eite sve sastojke.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju umije\u0161ajte preostalo bra\u0161no.<\/li>\n<li>Pripremljenu smjesu istresite u kalup te \u0161patulom poravnajte povr\u0161inu.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 35- 40 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Kola\u010d ostavite u kalupu 10-ak minuta pa ga prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje dok se potpuno ne ohladi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>GLAZURA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U zdjelicu stavite \u0161e\u0107er u prahu, malinu u prahu i jogurt.
