Kod odabira obi\u010dnog mlijeka nemojte koristiti light verzije, odaberite ono s 2,8 ili 3,2 % m.m..<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Evaporirano (upareno) mlijeko je sli\u010dno kondenziranom, to je mlijeko kojem je reducirana voda, ali nije zasla\u0111eno. Mo\u017eete kupiti mlijeko koje se prodaje pod nazivom mlijeko za kavu te mu je sastav kondenzirano nezasla\u0111eno punomasno mlijeko, mo\u017eete iskuhavati mlijeko dok mu ne reducirate teku\u0107inu. Eagle Brand ili Nestle imaju svoje limenke Evaporeded milka, ali ih kod nas nisam vidjela.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I tre\u0107e mlijeko je ugu\u0161\u0107eno kondenzirano mlijeko. Pripremite kalup okvirnih dimenzija 22 x 33 cm, namastite ga i pobra\u0161nite.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte prosijano bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi pjenasto izradite \u017eumanjke,ekstrakt vanilije i 150 g \u0161e\u0107era. Neka vam se smjesa udupla i postane svjetlo \u017euta.<\/li>\n<li>Sada postepeno dodajte bra\u0161no paze\u0107i da ne premiksate smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke stavite u \u010distu posudu te ih krenite miksati, kada se po\u010dnu pjeniti dodajte 30 g \u0161e\u0107era tako da dodajte \u017eli\u010dicu po \u017eli\u010dicu i da cijelo vrijeme miksate.<\/li>\n<li>Kada su se bjelanjci formirali u snijeg oprezno ih \u0161patulom umije\u0161ajte u smjesu sa \u017eumanjcima i bra\u0161nom.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu izlijte u pripremljen kalup te poravnajte povr\u0161inu.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 18 &#8211; 22 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu na iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Tres Leches ostavite u kalupu da se ohladi, najmanje 30 minuta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>PRIPREMA MLIJEKA I NATAPANJE KOLA\u010cA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U manji lonac s debljim dnom stavite obi\u010dno mlijeko pa ga zagrijte, dovoljno je da bude toplo, ne vrelo.<\/li>\n<li>Maknite s vatre pa dodajte preostala mlijeka (kondenzirano i evaporirano), promije\u0161ajte pa ohladite.<\/li>\n<li>Mlijeka mo\u017eete pripremiti i ranije te dr\u017eati u hladnjaku do kori\u0161tenja.<\/li>\n<li>Ohla\u0111eni kola\u010d probodite \u0161tapi\u0107em na vi\u0161e mjesta (mo\u017eete koristiti drveni \u0161tapi\u0107 za grill, vilicu i sl.) te ga prelijte pripremljenom i ohla\u0111enom smjesom mlijeka.<\/li>\n<li>Spremite u hladnjak na najmanje 1 sat ili preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>SWISS MERINGUE-A<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bjelanjke sobne temperature i \u0161e\u0107er stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili u posudu otpornu na toplinu.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite vodu i pustite da zakuha, na lonac postavite posudu s bjelanjcima i \u0161e\u0107erom paze\u0107i da ne uranja u kipu\u0107u vodu.<\/li>\n<li>Bjelanjke i \u0161e\u0107er cijelo vrijeme mije\u0161ajte pjenja\u010dom dok se sav \u0161e\u0107er ne otopi. Trebat \u0107e vam nekoliko minuta. Provjerite pod prstima je li se sav \u0161e\u0107er otopio.<\/li>\n<li>Posudu maknite s pare, pobri\u0161ite joj dno. Bjelanjcima dodajte cream of tartar ili \u017eli\u010dicu octa pa miksajte na najja\u010doj brzini dok ne postignete sjajnu i \u010dvrstu meringueu.<\/li>\n<li>Meringu nanesite preko Tres Leche kola\u010da. Mo\u017eete je nanijeti \u017elicom ili \u0161patulom.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to ste nanijeli meringue-u brenerom pro\u0111ite po vrhu kola\u010da.<\/li>\n<li>Poslu\u017eite odmah.
