Kao da ste spojili karamel bombone i kekse u jedno. Idealni su za slaganje u sendvi\u010d s nekim od namaza po \u017eelji. Mo\u017eete koristiti tamnu \u010dokoladu koju ste prethodno rastopili na pari ili bilo koji namaz na bazi lje\u0161njaka poput Nutelle i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, keksi\u0107e mo\u017eete poslu\u017eiti i same, bez dodataka. Ako niste ljubitelj slatkih keksi\u0107a i karamela onda vam se ovaj recept ne\u0107e svidjeti. Ali ako volite sve navedeno tada \u0107ete biti odu\u0161evljeni.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Keksi\u0107i su toliko jednostavni za pripremu. Svi sastojci se sjedine u manjem loncu na vatri. I to je to! Kasnije izvadite smjesu na lim pomo\u0107u \u017eli\u010dice i keksi\u0107e ispe\u010dete u pe\u0107nici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ja koristim mljevene bademe koje prethodno ne blan\u0161iram niti tostiram. Sameljem ih u sjeckalici da budu malo grublji od klasi\u010dnog bademovog bra\u0161na. Pripremite tri lima za pe\u010denje, svaki oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje. Mo\u017eete koristiti i dva, ali br\u017ee \u0107ete pe\u0107i ako budete izmjenjivali tri lima. Papir postavite uredno,neka bude potpuno ravan jer \u0107e u suprotnom utjecati na izgled keksi\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom stavite maslac pa ga rastopite na srednje jakoj vatri. Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er te mije\u0161ajte cijelo vrijeme dok se \u0161e\u0107er ne rastopi. Dodajte sol i ekstrakt vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte bra\u0161no i mljevene bademe te sjedinite smjesu. Ostavite nekoliko minuta da se prohladi pa umije\u0161ajte bjelanjak.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dli\u010dicom vadite smjesu (15 g po komadu) te smjesu stavite na pripremljen lim. Radite razmak od najmanje 7 cm izme\u0111u kuglica. Ja stavljam po 4 kuglice na jedan lim.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 5-7 minuta, odnosno dok vam rub ne poprimi rumenu boju. Sredina \u0107e stvarati mjehuri\u0107e, nemojte da vas to brine.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e izvadite iz pe\u0107nice te ostavite na limu 10 minuta pa ih potom oprezno prebacite na re\u0161etku dok se potpuno ne ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e poslu\u017eite same ili prema\u017eite jedan keksi\u0107 s \u010dokoladnim namazom po \u017eelji pa ga preklopite s drugim keksi\u0107em (sendvi\u010d).<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e spremite u kutiju za kekse i potro\u0161ite unutar 5 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ovi \u010dipkasti keksi\u0107i su spoj keksi\u0107a, hrskavih badema i karamela.
