Ta prozra\u010dnost i snje\u017eno pahuljasti izgled je \u010dine toliko lijepom i toliko posebnom da vjerujem da nema osobe koja za nju nije \u010dula.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kad god ugledam fotografije Pavlove zastanem. Ta torta me uvijek privu\u010de svojom jednostavno\u0161\u0107u i ljepotom. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje pribli\u017enih dimenzija 40 x 28 cm. Na lim postavite papir za pe\u010denje. Mo\u017eete ga zalijepiti pomo\u0107u ulja u spreju ili nakon \u0161to stu\u010dete meringue tako da maleni komadi\u0107 meringue postavite na rubove lima te tada zalijepite papir za pe\u010denje. Pazite da papir za pe\u010denje viri van ruba lima kako bi lak\u0161e izvadili pe\u010denu koru.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi stavite bjelanjke sobne temperature te ih miksajte srednjom ja\u010dinom. Kada se bjelanjci krenu pjeniti dodajte malo po malo \u0161e\u0107er (\u017elicu po \u017elicu). Miksajte dok se ne stvori sjaji \u0161aum i dok pod prstima ne osjetite granule \u0161e\u0107era. Trebate dobiti \u010dvrstu meringue-u (stiff peaks).<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju umije\u0161ajte \u0161krobno bra\u0161no i ocat.<\/li>\n<li>Tu\u010dene bjelanjke prebacite na pripremljen lim te ih \u0161patulom poravnajte.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 25 -30 minuta, odnosno dok vam povr\u0161ina blago ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Pavlovu ohladite u limu za pe\u010denje. Pripremite \u010distu kuhinjsku krpu ili papir za pe\u010denje, ja koristim krpu.<\/li>\n<li>Pavlovu okrenite na krpu ili papir, ako je potrebno prije okretanja no\u017eem pro\u0111ite uz rub (ako vam papir nije van rubova) te se Pavlova mogla zalijepiti.<\/li>\n<li>Kad ste okrenuli Pavlovu mo\u017eete nanijeti kremu i pekmez.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA I DEKORIRANJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Od vrhnja za \u0161lag, \u0161e\u0107era u prahu i ekstrakta vanilije stucite \u0161lag paze\u0107i da ostane mekan te da ga ne pretu\u010dete.<\/li>\n<li>\u0160lagom odmah oblo\u017eite Pavlovu koru. Nanesite pekmez pomo\u0107u \u017eli\u010dice rade\u0107i manje hrpice po povr\u0161ini Pavlove.<\/li>\n<li>Zarolajte Pavlovu poma\u017eu\u0107i se krpom ili papirom koji je ispod kore.<\/li>\n<li>Zarolanu Pavlovu prebaciti na pladanj, ukrasite preostalim tu\u010denim vrhnjem i svje\u017eim malinama.<\/li>\n<li>Pavlovu roladu dr\u017eite u hladnjaku.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pavlova je jedna od onih bezvremenskih torti koje odu\u0161eve svaki put kad ih napravite.
