Ja sam u kremi nadodala i malo ekstrakta badema, meni se divno nadovezuje na postoje\u0107e okuse. Vi ga mo\u017eete zamijeniti s ektraktom vanilije, mljevenom tonkom ili izostaviti. Ja koristim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harissa.hr\/ponuda\/prehrana\/slatki-zub\/badem-ekstrakt-60-ml\"><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\">ovaj<\/span><\/a> ekstrakt badema.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Iako se mascarpone mo\u017ee zamijeniti sirnim namazima, u ovoj kremi trebate pripaziti na to. Sirni namazi su intenzivnijeg okusa te razli\u010dite slanosti i gusto\u0107e pa je mogu\u0107e da prevladaju oni, a ne okus kokosa iz mlijeka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kokosovo mlijeko \u0107e vam trebati za biskvit kao i za kremu. Koristite mlijeko iz limenke te ga protresite prije otvaranja. Kod izrade kreme pazite da ste vodeni dio ocijedili i da vam ostane samo gusto mlijeko.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kokosovo ulje mo\u017eete zamijeniti maslacem sobne temperature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kokos muffine dodatno mo\u017eete ukrasiti \u010dipsom od kokosa. Pripremite kalup za muffine. Postavite papirnate kalupi\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu stavite kokosovo ulje i \u0161e\u0107er pa miksajte dok ne dobijete kompaktnu smjesu, oko 2-4 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte jaje po jaje miksaju\u0107i izme\u0111u svakog dodavanja. Dodajte vaniliju.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, sol i kokosovo bra\u0161no.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte polovicu bra\u0161na pa kratko pove\u017eite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Limenku kokosovog mlijeka dobro protresite prije otvaranja, otvorite pa smjesi dodajte 150 g, ostalo ostavite za kremu. Dodajte i preostalo bra\u0161no, kratko pove\u017eite smjesu.<\/li>\n<li>Pomo\u0107u \u017elice za sladoled ili kuhinjske \u017elice smjesu stavite u pripremljene kalupe paze\u0107i da kalupe napunite do 2\/3.<\/li>\n<li>Muffine pecite 17 &#8211; 20 minuta, odnosno dok \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Muffine izvadite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje i ohladite prije nano\u0161enja kreme.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi stavite mascarpone i kokosovo mlijeko iz konzerve. Vodeni dio kokosovog mlijeka ocijedite, kako bi vam ostao gusti dio, njega koristite.<\/li>\n<li>Mikserom izradite mascarpone i kokosovo mlijeko, kada ste dobili kompaktnu i kremastu smjesu dodajte \u0161e\u0107er i aromu badema po \u017eelji. Pove\u017eite sve. Sada dodajte hladno vrhnje za \u0161lag pa mikserom na najja\u010doj brzini miksajte dok ne postignete \u017eeljenu gusto\u0107u, oko 2 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Kremu stavite u slasti\u010darsku vre\u0107icu s nastavkom po \u017eelji, ja sam koristila Wilton 8B (veliki) pa ukrasite muffine.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji muffine dodatno ukrasite kokosovim \u010dipsom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muffini od kokosa s kremom od mascarponea su preukusni kola\u010di\u0107i koji \u0107e odu\u0161eviti sve ljubitelje kokosa. &nbsp; Kokos se pro\u017eima biskvitom i kremom te se spaja s nje\u017enim mascarponeom.
