Jedno ljeto smo boravili na \u017dirju i nakon cjelodnevnog lutanja i kupanja moja svekrva nam je servirala salatu od hobotnice za ve\u010deru. Ne mogu vam opisati koliko je ukusna ta salata od hobotnice bila. Ljeto, more, otok i mirisi svje\u017ee ribe i plodova mora, ako ne\u0161to i ne volite, na otoku zavolite.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Neizmjerno sam zahvalna \u0161to \u017eivim u Dalmaciji i \u0161to su mi ovakve namirnice dostupne uvijek i \u0161to ih nabavljam svje\u017ee. Tako\u0111er, zahvalna sam i na tome \u0161to na\u0161e obitelji generacijama njeguju zaista kvalitetne namirnice i rade recepte s njima. Nitko ne sprema buzaru ili crni ri\u017eot kao moj svekar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No, da se mi vratimo na hobotnicu. Moj mu\u017e je najvi\u0161e voli samu, bez dodataka, s malo maslinovog ulja i soli. Mom ocu je pak, salata od hobotnice jedno od najdra\u017eih jela na svijetu. On je voli s crvenim lukom i skuhanim krumpirom. Za njega je ovo isklju\u010divo salata i samo takvu prizna. Ja je takvu ne volim, smeta mi luk.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meni je najdra\u017ea ovakva, s raj\u010dicama i maslinama, uz matovilac. Vi je mo\u017eete raditi s dodatkom po \u017eelji, mo\u017eete staviti kuhani krumpir, razne salate, mo\u017eete dodati crne masline i sl.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>Koristite dobro maslinovo ulje (ekstra djevi\u010dansko), ono \u0107e vam svako jelo dodatno upotpuniti. Du\u017eina kuhanja ovisi o njenoj veli\u010dini, ja sam svoju kuhala 1,5 h. Kada vam meso hobotnice bude mekano kada ga probodete vilicom, hobotnica je gotova.<\/li>\n<li>Kuhanu hobotnicu ocijedite od vi\u0161ka vode te je ostavite nekoliko minuta da se malo ohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Hobotnicu o\u010distiti tako da prvo odvojite krakove od glave. Kada ste o\u010distili glavu i makli ko\u017eu ostalo vam je bijelo meso koje no\u017eem nare\u017eite na manje komade.<\/li>\n<li>U zdjelu stavite hobotnicu, a raj\u010dice i matovilac operite i posu\u0161ite. Raj\u010dice prepolovite. Masline ocijedite i izre\u017eite na komade.<\/li>\n<li>Hobotnici dodajte pripremljene raj\u010dice i masline.
