No, kakve god radili &#8211; ne mo\u017eete s njima pogrije\u0161iti.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pala\u010dinke mo\u017eete nadjenuti na bezbroj na\u010dina. Od d\u017eemova, krema, ora\u0161astih plodova, kombinacija raznih poznatih keksa i \u010dokolada, sladoleda, curdova i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete ih zape\u0107i, pohati, raditi slane ili slatke. Dodajte dva jaja, mlijeko, ulje, prstohvat soli i sodu bikarbonu ako je koristite. Smjesu \u017eustro izradite pjenja\u010dom. Nemojte je predugo mije\u0161ati, bitno je da vam se sastojci pove\u017eu i sjedine. Ako vam se stvore grudice smjesu mo\u017eete procijediti, ja to ne radim.<\/li>\n<li>Ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi pola sata.<\/li>\n<li>Tavu za pala\u010dinke ugrijte na jakoj vatri. Dodajte malo masno\u0107e (maslac, ulje), tek toliko da tava bude &#8220;premazana&#8221;. Vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e maknite.<\/li>\n<li>Pala\u010dinke pecite na srednje jakoj vatri, oko minute sa svake strane.<\/li>\n<li>Tavu prema\u017eite masno\u0107om prije svake nove pala\u010dinke.<\/li>\n<li>Ispe\u010dene pala\u010dinke nadjenite po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pala\u010dinke mo\u017eete raditi i s mineralnom vodom. U tom slu\u010daju umjesto 500 ml mlijeka dodajte 350 ml mlijeka i 150 ml mineralne vode.<\/li>\n<li>Ako volite slatke pala\u010dinke dodajte im vanilin \u0161e\u0107er, ekstrakt vanilije i sl.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi mo\u017eete dodati i za\u010dine poput mljevenog kardamoma, cimeta, tonke i sl. Ovakve pala\u010dinke su divne s toplim vo\u0107nim punjenjem, posebice u zimskim danima.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite punije pala\u010dinke (ja ih volim zape\u0107i u pe\u0107nici) tada umjesto 500 ml mlijeka stavite 400 ml mlijeka i 100 ml vrhnja za \u0161lag (teku\u0107eg, ne tu\u010denog).<\/li>\n<li>Soda bikarbona \u0107e pomo\u0107i smjesi da bude mekanija, no mo\u017eete ih raditi i bez sode.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Danas je Dan pala\u010dinki, a njega svakako treba obilje\u017eiti objavom na blogu.
