Otud je nastala ideja za ovim receptom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Doma\u0107e lisnato tijesto, ono brzo (zaista jednostavno za pripremu &#8211; klikni <span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/brzo-lisnato-tijesto\/\">ovdje<\/a><\/span>) u obliku srca i nadjev po \u017eelji. Ovaj put \u0161umsko vo\u0107e, ali mogu i\u0107i jabuke, maline, \u010dokolada i sl. Pravo malo Valentinovo na tanjuru.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tijesto sam pr\u017eila kako bi dobila tu hrskavu lisnatu koru i mekanu unutra\u0161njost, vi ga mo\u017eete i pe\u010di u pe\u0107nici (ispod sam vam napisala detalje).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ovo je onaj recet koji mo\u017eete raditi uvijek i za sve prigode. Od Valentinova, drru\u017eenja s ekipom, ve\u010dere ili popodnevnog snacka. Tijesto mo\u017eete puniti slatkim ili slanim nadjevima, pr\u017eiti ili pe\u010di. Ako koristite svje\u017ee vo\u0107e dodajte malo vode. Sada dodajte sok od limuna i gustin pa na srednje jakoj vatri kuhajte 5 &#8211; 10 minuta, odnosno dok vam se smjesa ne zgusne.<\/li>\n<li>Maknite s vatre i ostavite po strani da se malo prohladi.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ffcc00;\"><a style=\"color: #ffcc00;\" href=\"https:\/\/bakeme.com.hr\/brzo-lisnato-tijesto\/\">Lisnato tijesto<\/a><\/span> razvaljajte na debljinu od 2- 3 mm. Utisnite kalupe kako bi dobili oblik srca.<\/li>\n<li>Na svako drugo srce postavite nadjev na sredinu. Preklopite s drugom polovicom pa vilicom pritisnite rubove (ako ih dobro ne pritisnete razdvojit \u0107e se pri pr\u017eenju).<\/li>\n<li>Srca poslo\u017eite na lim za pe\u010denje koji ste oblo\u017eili papirom za pe\u010denje. Lim sa srcima spremite u hladnjak na pola sata. Prekrijte ih prozirnom folijom.<\/li>\n<li>U lonac s debljim dnom ulijte ulje (toliko da vam srca ne dodiruju dno lonca). Ulje ugrijte na 175 stupnjeva pa smanjite vatru na laganu. Ako nemate termometar tada vrh drvene dr\u0161ke uronite u ulje, ako se oko dr\u0161ke stvaraju mjehuri\u0107i tada je dobra temperaturu.<\/li>\n<li>Uronite po 2 -3 srca u ulje paze\u0107i da svako srce ima dovoljno mjesta te da se ne preklapaju.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u017eite dok strana uronjena u ulje ne porumeni, oko 1,5- 2 minute pa okrenite na drugu stranu i nastavite pr\u017eiti dok i ona ne porumeni.<\/li>\n<li>Gotova srca izvadite na pripremljen kuhinjski papir kako bi se ocijedio vi\u0161ak masno\u0107e.<\/li>\n<li>Po \u017eelji srca uvaljate u \u0161e\u0107er i cimet.<\/li>\n<li>Ohladite prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tijesto dobro ohladite prije pr\u017eenja kako bi bilo hrskavo.<\/li>\n<li>Ako \u0107ete pe\u0107i, tada srca prema\u017eite razm\u010denim jajem te po \u017eelji pospite \u0161e\u0107erom.
