Sastoji se od bra\u0161na, kvasca, vode, jogurta i malo maslinovog ulja. Tajna izrade naan kruha je u premazivanju maslacem i pe\u010denja na jakoj vatri. Jednom kada ga probate,\u00a0mo\u017eete samo tra\u017eiti jo\u0161. Jednostavan je za pripremu i savr\u0161en je za kombiniranje s raznim umacima.<\/p>\n<p>Ja sam ovaj put odabrala tzatziki (\u010ditaj zaziki), predivan, osvje\u017eavaju\u0107i gr\u010dki umak od jogurta, krastavaca i \u010de\u0161njaka. Tzatziki umak je kao stvoren za ljeto i osvje\u017eenje. Grci ga kombiniraju uz razna jela poput girosa, tacosa i sl. Spoj jogurta i krastavca savr\u0161eno balansira pikantna jela, mo\u017eete ga koristiti kao dresing u raznim salatama ili samostalano uz pecivo.<\/p>\n<p>Kombinacija naan kruha i tzatziki umaka je moj savr\u0161en ljetni snack. Ovu kombinaciju ne mo\u017eete ne voljeti.\u00a0Vjerujte mi, savr\u0161ena je.<\/p>\n<p>Danas sam imala goste, pladanj s kruhom i umakom je ve\u0107 bio na stolu. Nakon \u0161to se skoro sve pojelo upitali su me: &#8221; Jesi ti ovo ve\u0107 slikala?&#8221; Sre\u0107om, jesam! Pustite da odstoji 5 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Bra\u0161nu dodajte prstohvat soli i jogurt pa rukama pove\u017eite smjesu. Dodajte kvasac i vodu pa zamijesite tijesto. U dva navrata dodajte po malo bra\u0161na prilikom izrade tijesta.<\/li>\n<li>Kada je tijesto izra\u0111eno, nauljite ga malo po vrhu pa posudu u kojoj se tijesto nalazi prekrijte prozirnom folijom.<\/li>\n<li>Neka vam odstoji sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon sat vremena tijesto je trebalo narasti dvostruko. Prebacite ga na radnu podlogu i kratko ga premijesite.<\/li>\n<li>Iskidajte 4 jednaka komada (mo\u017eete i 6 manjih) pa svaki komad tijesta rukama razvucite. Neka vam tijesto bude tanko razvu\u010deno.<\/li>\n<li>Obje strane prema\u017eite rastopljenim maslacem. Tavu ugrijte tako da bude vru\u0107a pa na nju stavite tijesto. Nakon kratkog vremena, najvi\u0161e pola minute stvorit \u0107e se mjehuri\u0107i od tijesta. Tada je vrijeme da okrenete naan na drugu stranu jo\u0161 pola minute najvi\u0161e.<\/li>\n<li>Naan pospite svje\u017ee sjeckanim per\u0161inom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>SASTOJCI ZA TZATZIKI UMAK<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>300 ml gr\u010dkog jogurta<\/li>\n<li>1 ve\u0107i krastavac<\/li>\n<li>prstohvat soli<\/li>\n<li>prstohvat papra<\/li>\n<li>50 ml maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n<li>1 re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017elica limunovog soka<\/li>\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica kopra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>PRIPREMA TZATZIKI UMAKA<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Krastavac\u00a0ogulite pa ga naribajte ribe\u017eom sa \u0161irim zupcima. Posolite i pustite da malo odstoji.<\/li>\n<li>Pomije\u0161ajte maslinovo ulje, sok limuna, \u010de\u0161njak koji ste protisnuli, sol i papar. Ako nemate \u010dime protisnuti \u010de\u0161njak,\u00a0sve sastojke izblendajte u blenderu. \u010ce\u0161njak \u0107e se tako dovoljno usitniti.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu ulja, soka od limuna, \u010de\u0161njaka i za\u010dina dodajte jogurtu.<\/li>\n<li>Krastavac dobro iscijedite od vode pa i njega dodajte jogurtu.<\/li>\n<li>Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte i dodajte kopar.<\/li>\n<li>Gotovi umak ukrasite s nekoliko kapi maslinovog ulja i koprom.<\/li>\n<li>Prije poslu\u017eivanja umak ohladite u fri\u017eideru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Naan je indijski kruh koji je omiljen na istoku ali i u svijetu.
