Mlijeku dodajte suhi kvasac, \u017elicu \u0161e\u0107era i 65 g bra\u0161na. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte, poklopite prozirnom folijom i ostavite pola sata da odmori i da se kvas aktivira.<\/li>\n<li>Uzdigli kvas prebacite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu pa mu dodajte prethodno razmu\u0107ene \u017eumanjke, preostalo mlijeko i \u0161e\u0107er te naribanu koricu naran\u010de i limuna. Mikserom pove\u017eite smjesu. Sada dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no, sol i maslac sobne temperature.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto izradite pomo\u0107u kuke na mikseru ili ru\u010dno. Mijesite ga dok ne postane kompaktno, glatko i sjajno. Za ovaj korak \u0107e vam trebati 7 &#8211; 10 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto prebacite u lagano nauljenu posudu te je prekrijte prozirnom folijom. Ostavite na toplom dok se ne udvostru\u010di, od 45 minuta do 1,5 sat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OBLIKOVANJE I PR\u017dENJE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Tijesto kratko premijesite, odvojite manje kuglice pa ih oblikujte u izgled mi\u0161i\u0107a (prednja strana neka bude malo \u0161picastija). Postavite u\u0161i od dva komada listi\u0107a od badema. Gro\u017e\u0111icu usitnite pa od dva komadi\u0107a izradite o\u010di te ih umetnite u tijesto. Neka vam svaki mi\u0161i\u0107 odmori jo\u0161 15 &#8211; 20 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>U loncu s debljim dnom ugrijte ulje za pr\u017eenje (175 stupnjeva ili kada se oko dr\u0161ke od drvene \u017elice koju ste uronili u ulje krenu stvarati mjehuri\u0107i), potom smanjite vatru na laganu.<\/li>\n<li>Mi\u0161i\u0107e pr\u017eite par minuta, odnosno dok vam ne porumene s obje strane. Ako vam o\u010di od gro\u017e\u0111ica ii u\u0161i ispadnu prilikom pr\u017eenja, naknadno zabodite nove.<\/li>\n<li>Mi\u0161i\u0107e ocijedite na pripremljenom papirnatom ru\u010dniku. Ohladite prije postavljanja repa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>IZRADA REPA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Konop\u010di\u0107 iskidajte na du\u017einu \u010da\u010dkalice. Pri vrhu zave\u017eite \u010dvor pa vrh konop\u010di\u0107a (od \u010dvora prema kraju) raspletite kako bi postigli \u010dupavi zavr\u0161etak repa. Pomo\u0107u ljepila zalijepite \u010da\u010dkalicu i konop\u010di\u0107 tako da zalijepite onaj dio do \u010dvora, a da ra\u0161\u010dupani kraj repi\u0107a ostane nezalijepljen.<\/li>\n<li>Vrh \u010da\u010dkalice bi trebao ostati slobodan (bez konop\u010di\u0107a) te \u0107ete njega ubosti u mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/li>\n<li>Ako vam izrada repa djeluje komplicirano mo\u017eete samo zabosti \u010da\u010dkalice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ako \u017eelite tijesto sa suhim vo\u0107em poput gro\u017e\u0111ica, kandiranih korica limuna i naran\u010de ili brusnica, tada 100 g suhog vo\u0107a namo\u010dite pola sata prije pripreme tijesta u mlakoj vodi. Ocije\u0111eno suho vo\u0107e dodajte tijestu pri kraju njegove izrade.
