Uz predivno dekorirane trgove, ulice i domove, blagdanska hrana krasi stolove i izloge. Ovaj period je idealan za pripremu razli\u010ditih slatkih kruhova, jer blagdansko vrijeme je jednostavno nezamislivo bez mirisnog tijesta nadjevenog suhim vo\u0107em i koricama naran\u010di i limuna.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Panettone, Stollen ili Pandoro su tradicionalni recepti koji se ne spremaju toliko \u010desto jer zahtjevu vrijeme i snala\u017eenje u kuhinji, pa ih \u010desto zamjene kupovne verzije.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako volite stollen, ovaj mlije\u010dni kruh sa suhim vo\u0107em \u0107e vas odu\u0161eviti. Toliko je jednostavan za pripremu. Sve sastojke mo\u017eete izraditi u mikseru, nema kvasca ni dizanja tijesta. Doslovno se sve pomije\u0161a, 15-ak minuta ostavi da odmori i potom ispe\u010de. Ovaj kruh je najjednostavniji blagdanski kruh ikada, vjerujte mi!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sir i maslac mu daju meko\u0107u i so\u010dnost, a vo\u0107e i bademi divnu aromu i miris. Kada ga zamotate, kruh \u0107e vam biti svje\u017e nekoliko dana pa je idealan i kao poklon ako idete u goste.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u017eete koristiti bilo koju vrstu mladog kravljeg sira, samo ga ocjedite prije kako vam ne bi pustio vodu. Mikserom sve pove\u017eite. Dodajte aromu vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, mljeveni kardamom i sol pa ih dodajte smjesi s maslacem.<\/li>\n<li>Izradite tijesto pomo\u0107u miksera. Dodajte gro\u017e\u0111ice, sjeckane bademe i kandirano vo\u0107e. Umije\u0161ajte u tijesto pa ga pokrijte i ostavite da odstoji 15-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 200 stupnjeva. Pripremite lim za pe\u010denje na koji ste postavili papir za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to je tijesto odmorilo, oblikujte ga u \u0161trucu, ja sam ga lagano razvaljala i presavinula kako bi izgledom nalikovao klasi\u010dnom Stollenu.<\/li>\n<li>Oblikovano tijesto prebacite na lim za pe\u010denje. Prvih 20 minuta kruh pecite na 200 stupnjeva pa smanjite pe\u0107nicu na 180 stupnjeva i nastavite pe\u0107i dodatnih 30-ak minuta.<\/li>\n<li>Za to vrijeme rastopite 50 g maslaca.<\/li>\n<li>Tek pe\u010deni kruh prema\u017eite maslacem i odmah pospite obilnim slojem \u0161e\u0107era u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Ohladite prije poslu\u017eivanja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prosinac je mjesec u kojem blagdansko ozra\u010dje potpuno prevlada.
