Smokve, bile svje\u017ee ili suhe, \u010desto se nalaze na na\u0161im stolovima.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Osim \u0161to su ukusne, smokve su izrazito fotogeni\u010dno vo\u0107e. I iako sam planirala, ovo ljeto mi je pro\u0161lo u tren i nisam pripremila nijedan recept sa smokvama za blog.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zato sam iskoristila zadnje komade i napravila ovaj predivan kola\u010d. Dno oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a rubove namastite.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite i stavite po strani. Obe vrste \u0161e\u0107era i jaja pjenasto izradite, dodajte im rastopljeni maslac i aromu vanilije.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, sol, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i cimet pa sve dodajte smjesi s jajima i \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte mlijeko i sve pove\u017eite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit pecite 30 &#8211; 35 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Biskvit ohladite.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ricottu procijedite uz pomo\u0107 gaze ili kuhinjskog papira.<\/li>\n<li>Procije\u0111enu ricottu, vrhnje za \u0161lag, aromu vanilije i med stavite u posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu te mikserom izradite u kompaktnu i glatku kremu. Trebat \u0107e vam nekoliko minuta (3-5 min).
