Oopsi kruh je gluteen free, sastoji se od jaja i sirnog namaza i nema nimalo bra\u0161na u sebi.<\/p>\n<p>Ako razmi\u0161ljate o zamjeni za kruh, ovaj kruhi\u0107 vam mo\u017ee biti super opcija. Cijela tekstura mu je pahuljasta i pomalo spu\u017evasta, pravi je mali proteinski zalogaj. Ovaj bezglutenski kruh spada pod LCHF kuhinju tako\u0111er, \u010desto se spominje i priprema. Bjelanjcima dodajte prstohvat soli pa ih stucite u \u010dvrsti snijeg.<\/li>\n<li>U posebnoj posudi umutite 3 \u017eumanjka, sirni namaz i pra\u0161ak za pecivo.<\/li>\n<li>Snijegu od bijelanjaka dodajte umu\u0107ena jaja i sir pa \u0161patulom sve sjedinite. Nemojte previ\u0161e mije\u0161ati, dovoljno je da se sve pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje. \u017dlicom vadite smjesu na papir. Neka vam se jedno pecivo sastoji od dvije \u017elice smjese.<\/li>\n<li>Na dva kruhi\u0107a pospite sezam.\u00a0<span style=\"display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #666666; cursor: text; font-family: 'Open Sans',Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 500; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;\">Meni je ispalo 6 ve\u0107ih kruhi\u0107a \u0161to je dovoljno za 2 sendvi\u010da.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Pecite ih 20-25 minuta ili dok ne poprime zlatno-\u017eutu boju.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>SASTOJCI ZA SENDVI\u010c<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>tri oopsie kruhi\u0107a<\/li>\n<li>matovilac (pola \u0161ake)<\/li>\n<li>\u017elica maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n<li>5-6 tanjih listi\u0107a Grana Padana ili drugog tvrdog sira po izboru<\/li>\n<li>dvije fete pr\u0161uta<\/li>\n<li>\u017elica skute (ja sam koristila ov\u010dju)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>SLAGANJE SENDVI\u010cA<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li>Prvo slo\u017eite oopsie pecivo pa matovilac na njega. Matovilac polijte sa par kapi maslinovog ulja.<\/li>\n<li>Slo\u017eite par listi\u0107a Grana Padana ili drugog tvrdog sira pa na njega stavite fetu pr\u0161uta.<\/li>\n<li>Prekoplite sa kruhi\u0107em koji ste namazali skutom.<\/li>\n<li>Ponovite redosljed s matovilcem, uljem, tvrdim sirom i pr\u0161utom.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju sendvi\u010d preklopite oopsie kruhi\u0107em sa sezamom.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>TIPS &amp; TRICKS<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Bitno je da od bjelanjaka stu\u010dete \u010dvrsti snijeg. Tucite ih najmanje 5 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>\u017dumnajke lagano umije\u0161ajte bjelanjcima. Nemojte izbiti zrak iz bjelanjaka prejakim i dugim mije\u0161anjem.
