Uvijek ih imam spremljene u vitrini.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Postoje mnoge vrste keksi\u0107a koje volim pripremati, a ovi \u0161kotski su definitivno jedni od njih.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Za razliku od ve\u0107ine drugih vrsta, \u0161kotski keksi se re\u017eu tek nakon pe\u010denja. To zna\u010di da nema oblikovanja ni istiskivanja kalupa. Zamijesite tijesto, ispe\u010dete ga i potom izre\u017eete u \u017eeljenu veli\u010dinu. Dodajte im prstohvat soli te prethodno prosijano bra\u0161no i kakao u prahu.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju dodajte \u017elicu vode i sve dobro pove\u017eite mikserom ili rukama.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto omotajte prozirnom folijom i spremite u hladnjak na sat vremena.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto razvaljajte izme\u0111u dva komada papira za pe\u010denje na debljinu od 1,5 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Razvaljano tijesto s donjim papirom za pe\u010denje prebacite na dovoljno veliki lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 35-40 minuta.
