Ako volite cheesecake i ora\u0161ate plodove, ovo \u0107e vam biti pravo otkri\u0107e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Podloga je od kora za savija\u010de, ja sam ih stavila 8, no ako su va\u0161e kore izrazito tanke tada mo\u017eete slo\u017eiti i 12 kora. Klju\u010dni korak je premazivanje kora maslacem. Pazite da ih dobro prema\u017eete kako bi vam ostale so\u010dne i ne bi se osu\u0161ile. Moj cheesecake ima kore i izvan kalupa, no vi svoje mo\u017eete i skratiti na to\u010dnu dimenziju.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Krema od pistacija i oraha je moja omiljena kombinacija za baklavu. Vi mo\u017eete koristiti i druge ora\u0161aste plodove, recimo orahe i bademe ili samo orahe. Tako\u0111er, pistaciji koje sam ja koristila su bili slani i zaista ne smeta okusu niti se osjeti. Krema sadr\u017ei malo maslaca i meda kako bi se sastojci lijepo povezali. Krema treba biti povezana, ali ne previ\u0161e natopljena maslacem pa se nemojte zamarati ako vam bude djelovala malo suha. Kada do\u0111e krema od sira na nju i kada se ispe\u010de, biti \u0107e ba\u0161 kako treba.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Krema od sira je klasi\u010dna krema za cheesecake. Savjetujem vam da koristite sirni namaz kako bi dobili tu prepoznatljivu kremoznost. Mo\u017eete koristiti sirni namaz po \u017eelji, samo izbjegavajte mlade ili zrnate sireve u ovoj kremi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cheesecake inspiriran baklavom je zaista jednostavan kola\u010d koji mo\u017eete servirati za sve prigode. Pripremite okrugli kalup za tortu promjera 24 cm.<\/li>\n<li>Maslac rastopite i stavite po strani da se prohladi.<\/li>\n<li>Maslacem prema\u017eite kalup pa stavite prvu koru. Rubove mo\u017eete odrezati ili ih ostaviti da vire van kalupa (kao kod mene).<\/li>\n<li>Sada prvu koru dobro prema\u017eite maslacem pa na nju stavite drugu koru. Nju tako\u0111er prema\u017eite. Neka vam kore budu premazane s dovoljno maslaca kako ne bi ostale suhe.<\/li>\n<li>Ponovite postupak sa slaganjem kora dok ne poslo\u017eite sve kore. Zadnju koru tako\u0111er prema\u017eite. Pazite da ste premazali i vrhove.<\/li>\n<li>Pistacije i orahe usitnite u sjeckalici. Ja volim da nisu potpuno usitnjeni i da ima malo komadi\u0107a, ljep\u0161a mi je tekstura kasnije.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA OD PISTACIJA I ORAHA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Usitnjene pistacije i orahe pomije\u0161ajte s preostalim rastopljenim maslacem (60 g vam je ostalo od ukupne koli\u010dine) pa dodajte cimet i \u017elicu meda. Promije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom kako bi se sve povezalo.<\/li>\n<li>Sada smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite po dnu zadnje kore i lagano utisnite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudi od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnoj posudi izradite sir i \u0161e\u0107er. Dodajte im gustin. U zasebnoj posudi pjenja\u010dom izmije\u0161ajte jaja, \u017eumanjak, aromu vanilije i sok limuna.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KREMA OD SIRA<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Smjesu s jajima dodajte siru. Miksajte na laganoj brzini sve dok se sve ne sjedini.<\/li>\n<li>Na kraju dodajte mileram. Smjesu kratko izradite mikserom.<\/li>\n<li>Prelijte je preko podloge od pistacija i oraha. Sada kalup malo podignite pa ga lagano ispustite na radnu podlogu, to ponovite nekoliko puta. Ovo radimo kako bi iza\u0161ao vi\u0161ak zraka i kako bi krema \u201csjela\u201d ravnomjerno.<\/li>\n<li>Pecite 40 &#8211; 45\u00a0 minuta, potom ga ostavite jo\u0161 pola sata u uga\u0161enoj i od\u0161krinutoj pe\u0107nici.<\/li>\n<li>Cheesecake inspiriran baklavom ohladite na sobnoj temperaturi pa ga prebacite u hladnjak po \u017eelji.
