Volim njen rustikalni izgled i jednostavnost pripreme. Galettu mo\u017eete raditi s vo\u0107em, ora\u0161astim plodovima, raznim kremama i sl.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Meni je najdra\u017ea u kombinaciji s nekom sezonskom namirnicom i sladoledom. Za njenu pripremu vam treba svega nekoliko sastojaka i malo vremena.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ako niste probali sladoled od mladog sira, obavezno ga probajte. Kremasta tekstura, prepun okusa, kao hladna krema od slatkog sira. Ja ga obo\u017eavam i kombiniram ga s raznim kola\u010dima, naro\u010dito onim vo\u0107nim. Sirup ohladite.<\/li>\n<li>U posudu od elektri\u010dnog miksera ili obi\u010dnu posudu savite vrhnje i mladi sir pa ih mikserom sjedinite. Dolijevajte ohla\u0111eni sirup i miksajte dok se sve ne pove\u017ee.<\/li>\n<li>Sladoled prebacite u posudu i stavite u zamrziva\u010d preko no\u0107i ili ga ostavite u zamrziva\u010du do mjesec dana.<\/li>\n<li>Zamrznuti sladoled izvadite sat vremena prije poslu\u017eivanja, ostavite ga na sobnoj temperaturi da se malo odmrzne pa ga jo\u0161 jednom izradite mikserom kako bi postigli lijepu teksturu.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>GALETTA, priprema se na dan poslu\u017eivanja<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>U posudi pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, bademovo bra\u010dno, sol i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Dodajte maslac iskidan na fetice. Maslac vam treba biti hladan. Utrljajte maslac dok ne dobijete mrvi\u010dastu teksturu nalik pijesku.<\/li>\n<li>Sada dodajte razmu\u0107eno jaje i zamijesite tijesto. Nemojte ga predugo mijesiti. Tijesto omotajte prozirnom folijom i spremite u hladnjak na pola sata da odmori.<\/li>\n<li>Pe\u0107nicu upalite na 180 stupnjeva, pripremite lim za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon \u0161to je odmorilo, tijesto razvaljajte na pobra\u0161njenom papiru za pe\u010denje. Razvaljajte ga u oblik kruga, neka vam rubovi ostanu nepravilni.<\/li>\n<li>Marelice operite i posu\u0161ite pa ih iskidajte na fete. Iskidane marelice poslo\u017eite na tijesto u oblik kruga paze\u0107i da vam rubovi ostanu prazni.<\/li>\n<li>Rubove sada presavinite (preklopite), prema\u017eite razmu\u0107enim jajem i pospite \u0161e\u0107erom.<\/li>\n<li>Galettu pecite 30- 35 minuta, odnosno dok vam tijesto lijepo ne porumeni, a unutra\u0161njost bude mekana.<\/li>\n<li>Galettu poslu\u017eite toplu s kuglicom sladoleda od mladog sira.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Galetta je moja omiljena pita.
