Na prvi pogled \u0107e vam se u\u010diniti kao da \u0107ete probati klasi\u010dan biskvit, sve dok vas prvi zalogaj potpuno ne o\u010dara i razuvjeri.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maslinovo ulje, bademi i agrumi&#8230; ljeto i Dalmacija. Ovu tortu posebno volim raditi u ovo godi\u0161nje doba, iako je mo\u017eete raditi kroz cijelu godinu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bademovo bra\u0161no mo\u017eete raditi i sami ili ga kupiti. Tostiranjem \u0107ete lijepo produbiti okus badema i tortu dodatno obogatiti aromom.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Torta je iznimno so\u010dna i ukusna. Tu so\u010dnost dobije od maslinovog ulja koji je jedna od glavnih komponenti. Pripremite kalup za tortu promjera 24 cm, dno kalupa oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, rubove namastite. Kalup stavite po strani.<\/li>\n<li>Na limu za pe\u010denje stavite bademe pa ih kratko tostirajte u pe\u0107nici na 180 stupnjeva (oko 5 minuta). Izvadite ih vani i ostavite da se ohlade, potom ih iskidajte no\u017eem na sitnije komade.<\/li>\n<li>Jaja i \u0161e\u0107er pjenasto izradite, neka vam se smjesa udvostru\u010di i udupla. Miksajte je na maksimalnoj brzini miksera minimalno 5 minuta.<\/li>\n<li>U zasebnoj posudi pomije\u0161ajte bademovo bra\u0161no, sitno sjeckane bademe, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sol.<\/li>\n<li>Dodajte koricu limuna i naran\u010de, aromu vanilije te sok limuna i naran\u010de.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesi sada dodajte pola koli\u010dine bra\u0161na i maslinovo ulje, dobro sve pove\u017eite mikserom pa dodajte preostalo bra\u0161no, ponovo pove\u017eite.<\/li>\n<li>Smjesu prebacite u kalup i pecite 40-45 minuta, odnosno dok vam \u010da\u010dkalica zabodena u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha.<\/li>\n<li>Nakon 10-ak minuta tortu oprezno maknite iz kalupa i ostavite na re\u0161etki za hla\u0111enje da se ohladi do kraja.<\/li>\n<li>Pospite \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, listi\u0107ima badema i koricom agruma ili po \u017eelji.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dobar tek!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ova torta odi\u0161e svojom jednostavno\u0161\u0107u i ljepotom.
