Uvijek ih imam pripremljene u vitrini, barem dvije vrste. Djeca ih jako vole, traju 14 dana (uglavnom svi), \u010desto ih nosim u goste, a i s njima zaista volim pustiti kreativnost i ma\u0161tu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Uz doma\u0107e keksi\u0107e je nekako sve ljep\u0161e. Spoj kokosa i jagode je tako skladan i nadopunjuje se tako da mi je ova kombinacija bila idealna.<br \/>\nJagode mo\u017eete lako dehidrirati i time im produ\u017eiti sezonu, ali ih i sa\u010duvati za razne recepte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jednako tako, keksi\u0107e mo\u017eete raditi samo s kokosom ili kombinirati neke ora\u0161aste plodove umjesto jagoda. Pripremite dva lima za pe\u010denje i svaki oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Tijesto izvadite iz hladnjaka, odvojite komadi\u0107e tijesta, moji su te\u0161ki po 30 grama.<\/li>\n<li>Od tijesta napravite kuglice pa ih dlanovima pritisnite kako bi dobili oblik diska.<\/li>\n<li>Oblikovane keksi\u0107e poslo\u017eite na lim. Pecite ih 7- 10 minuta, odnosno dok vam rub keksi\u0107a ne poprimi rumenu boju.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e oprezno prebacite na re\u0161etku za hla\u0111enje i pustite da se ohlade.<\/li>\n<li>Keksi\u0107e prebacite u kutiju za kekse. Ovako spremljeni vam mogu stajati 14 dana.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>KAKO DEHIDRIRATI JAGODE<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Jagode operite i posu\u0161ite. Skinite im peteljku pa iz izre\u017eite na fete debljine 2 mm. Jagode poslo\u017eite u dehidrator ili na lim za pe\u010denje oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje.<\/li>\n<li>Su\u0161ite ih u dehidratoru na 60 stupnjeva ili u pe\u0107nici na 80 &#8211; 100 stupnjeva.
